Claims (6)
- 다음(1) 내지 (4)의 물리적 특성을 가지는 선형 폴리에틸렌으로 만들어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 수지 파이프.(1) 용융 유동율이 0.02내지 0.2g/10min. (2) 유동비가 50 이상. (3) 밀도가 0.945 내지 0.960g/㎤, 및 (4) 다음 식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 이완 매개변수 H가 2.00×10-8dyn/㎠이하.H=-E(103)(여기서, E(τ)는 시간 (τ)에서 이완 모듈러스를 나타낸 것이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선형 폴리에틸렌은 (a)산소를 함유하는 유기성 Mg화합물, 산소를 함유하는 유기성 Ti화합물 및 유기알루미늄 할라이드와의 반응 생성물과, (b)유기알루미늄 화합물로 이루어진 지글러-나타 촉매를 사용하여서 제조된 폴리에틸렌임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 수지 파이프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산소를 함유하는 유기성 Mg화합물은 마그네슘 디에톡사이드임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 수지 파이프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산소를 함유하는 유기성 Ti화합물은 트리-n-부톡시모노클로라이드 티타늄임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 수지 파이프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기알루미늄 할라이드는 에틸 알루미늄 세스퀴클로라이드임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 수지 파이프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기알루미늄 화합물은 트리에틸 알루미늄 또는 디에틸 알루미늄 모노클로라이드임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 수지 파이프.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
