Claims (14)
- 중합체의 극한 점도[η]가 0.5 이상 10 이하이며, 중합체의 20℃ 크실렌 가용 분획(CXS) 함량(중량%) 및 105℃ 크실렌 불용 분획(XIS) 함량(중량%)은 하기 조건:XIS ≤70.00 - 3.64 CXS을 만족하며 단, CXS는 0 이상 15이하인 상기 조건들을 만족하는 탄소수 3이상의 α-올레핀을 중합하여 수득되는 α-올레핀 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소수 3이상의 α-올레핀이 프로필렌인 α-올레핀 중합체.
- 중합체의 극한 점도[η]가 0.5 이상 10 이하이며, 중합체의 20℃ 크실렌 가용 분획(CXS) 함량(중량%) 및 105℃ 크실렌 불용 분획(XIS) 함량(중량%)은 하기 조건:XIS ≤70.00 - 3.64 CXS을 만족하며 단, CXS는 0 이상 15이하인 상기 조건들을 만족하는 탄소수 3이상의 α-올레핀을 중합하여 수득되는 α-올레핀 중합체의 제조를 위해 사용되는 (A) 마그네슘, 티탄, 할로겐 및 전자 공여 화합물을 필수 성분으로서 함유하는 고체 촉매 성분, (B) 유기알루미늄 화합물, 및 (C) 전자 공여 화합물 성분으로 구성된 α-올레핀 중합체 촉매.
- 제3항에 있어서, 탄소수 3이상의 상기 α-올레핀이 프로필렌인 α-올레핀 중합체 촉매.
- (A) 마그네슘, 티탄, 할로겐 및 전자 공여 화합물을 필수 성분으로서 함유하는 고체 촉매 성분, (B) 유기알루미늄 화합물, 및 (C) 전자 공여 화합물 성분으로 구성된 촉매계를 사용하여 중합체의 극한 점도[η]가 0.5 이상 10 이하이며, 중합체의 20℃ 크실렌 가용 분획(CXS) 함량(중량%) 및 105℃ 크실렌 불용 분획(XIS) 함량(중량%)은 하기 조건:XIS ≤70.00 - 3.64 CXS을 만족하며 단, CXS는 0 이상 15이하인 상기 조건들을 만족하는 탄소수 3이상의 α-올레핀을 중합하여 수득되는 α-올레핀 중합체를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 α-올레핀 중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 탄소수 3이상의 상기 α-올레핀이 프로필렌인 α-올레핀 중합체 촉매.
- (1) 20℃ 크실렌 가용 분획 (CXS) 함량이 3.5 중량% 이하이며, (2) 20℃ 크실렌 가용 분획 함량 (CXS, 중량%) 및 105℃ 크실렌 불용 분획 함량 (XIS, 중량%)은 하기 조건:XIS ≤70.00 - 3.64 CXS을 만족하며, (3) 230℃에서 용융유량 (MFR)이 0.5 내지 10.0g/10분인 상기 조건 (1) 내지 (3)을 만족하는 이축 배향 필름의 제조에 사용되는 폴리프로필렌.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌에 110 Hz의 진동을 걸어 주었을 때 상기 폴 프로필렌이 1×109dyne/㎠의 복소 탄성률을 나타내는 온도가 134℃ 내지 152℃의 범위인 이축 배향 필름의 제조에 사용되는 폴리프로필렌.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌에 110 Hz의 진동을 걸어 주었을 때 상기 폴 프로필렌이 1×109dyne/㎠의 복소 탄성률을 나타내는 온도가 137℃ 내지 145℃의 범위이며, 230℃에서 상기 폴리프로필렌의 용융유량 (MFR)이 1.0 내지 8.0g/10분의 범위인 이축 배향 필름의 제조에 사용되는 폴리프로필렌.
- (1) 20℃ 크실렌 가용 분획 (CXS) 함량이 3.5 중량% 이하이며, (2) 20℃ 크실렌 가용 분획 함량 (CXS, 중량%) 및 105℃ 크실렌 불용 분획 함량 (XIS, 중량%)은 하기 조건:XIS ≤70.00 - 3.64 CXS을 만족하며, (3) 230℃에서 용융유량 (MFR)이 0.5 내지 10.0g/10분인 상기 조건 (1) 내지 (3)을 만족하는 (A) 마그네슘, 티탄, 할로겐 및 전자 공여 화합물을 필수 성분으로서 함유하는 고체 촉매 성분, (B) 유기알루미늄 화합물, 및 (C) 전자 공여 화합물 성분으로 구성된 촉매계를 사용한 중합 반응을 수행하여 수득된 이축 배향 필름의 제조에 사용되는 폴리프로필렌.
- 제10항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌에 110 Hz의 진동을 걸어 주었을 때 상기 폴 프로필렌이 1×109dyne/㎠의 복소 탄성률을 나타내는 온도가 134℃ 내지 152℃의 범위인 이축 배향 필름의 제조에 사용되는 폴리프로필렌.
- 제10항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌에 110 Hz의 진동을 걸어 주었을 때 상기 폴 프로필렌이 1×109dyne/㎠의 복소 탄성률을 나타내는 온도가 137℃ 내지 145℃의 범위이며, 230℃에서 상기 폴리프로필렌의 용융유량 (MFR)이 1.0 내지 8.0g/10분의 범위인 이축 배향 필름의 제조에 사용되는 폴리프로필렌.
- 이축 배향 필름의 제조에 사용되는 제7항 내지 12항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리프로필렌을 연신 가공하여 수득되는 이축 배향 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전자 공여 화합물 성분(C)가 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 유기 규소 화합물인 α-올레핀 중합용 촉매R13R14Si(OR15)2R13은 탄소수 1-20의 탄화수소기이고, R14는 탄소수 1-5의 탄화수소기이며, R15는 탄소수 1-20의 탄화수소기를 나타낸다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
