Abstract

(A) 마그네슘, 티타늄, 할로겐 및 전자공여체를 필수성분으로 함유하는 고체 촉매 성분, (B) 유기 알루미늄 화합물 및 (C) 전자공여체(α) 및 (β)를 포함하는 2종 이상의 전자공여체로 구성된 올레핀 중합용 촉매 [단, 전자공여체(α)와 상기-언급된 고체 촉매 성분(A) 및 유기알루미늄 화합물(B)를 함께 사용하여 중합화를 수행함으로써 수득된 호모폴리프로필렌의 105℃ 크실렌-불용분획의 5가 입체불규칙성 지수(mmrr/mmmm)가 0 ≤mmrr/mmmm ≤0.0068의 조건을 만족하고, 전자공여체(β)와 상기-언급된 고체 촉매 성분(A) 및 유기알루미늄 화합물(B)를 함께 사용하여 중합화를 수행함으로써 수득된 호모폴리프로필렌의 105℃ 크실렌-불용분획의 5가 입체불규칙성 지수 (mmrr/mmmm)가 0.0068 ≤mmrr/mmmm ≤0.0320의 조건을 만족한다] ; 촉매를 사용하는 올레핀 중합체의 제조방법; (1) 폴리프로필렌의 23℃ 데칼린-가용분획 함량이 3.0~10.0 중량%의 범위이고, (2) 110Hz의 진동을 폴리프로필렌에 가해지는 경우, 폴리프로필렌이 1.0 ×109dynes/㎠의 복소탄성율을 나타내는 온도가 134~152℃의 범위이며, (3) 230℃에서 폴리프로필렌의 용융 유속(MFR)이 0.5~10.9g/10분의 범위인 중합용 촉매를 사용하여 중합화를 수행함으로써 수득되는 이축 배향 필름 제조용 폴리프로필렌; 및 폴리프로필렌을 연신가공시켜 수득된 이축 배향 필름.

Claims (7)

  1. (A) 마그네슘, 티타늄, 할로겐 및 전자공여체를 필수성분으로 함유하는 고체 촉매 성분, (B) 유기 알루미늄 화합물 및 (C) 전자공여체(α) 및 (β)를 포함하는 2종 이상의 전자공여체 [단, 전자공여체(α)와 상기언급된 고체 촉매 성분(A) 및 유기알루미늄 화합물(B)과 함께 사용하여 중합화를 수행함으로써 수득된 호모폴리프로필렌의 105℃ 크실렌-불용분획의 5가 입체불규칙성 지수(mmrr/mmmm)가 0 ≤mmrr/mmmm ≤0.0068의 조건을 만족하고, 전자공여체 화합물(β)을 고체 촉매 성분(A) 및 유기알루미늄 화합물(B)과 함께 사용하여 중합화를 수행함으로써 수득된 호모폴리프로필렌의 105℃ 크실렌-불용분획의 5가 입체불규칙성 지수 (mmrr/mmmm)가 0.0068 ≤mmrr/mmmm ≤0.0320의 조건을 만족한다]로 구성된 올레핀 중합용 촉매를 사용하여 올레핀을 단독중합 또는 공중합함을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합체의 제조방법.
  2. (A) 마그네슘, 티타늄, 할로겐 및 전자공여체를 필수성분으로 함유하는 고체 촉매 성분, (B) 유기 알루미늄 화합물 및 (C) 전자공여체(β)를 포함하는 2종 이상의 전자공여체 [단, 전자공여체(α)을 상기-언급된 고체 촉매 성분(A) 및 유기알루미늄 화합물(B)과 함께 사용하여 중합화를 수행함으로써 수득된 호모폴리프로필렌의 105℃ 크실렌-불용분획의 5가 입체불규칙성 지수(mmrr/mmmm)가 0 ≤mmrr/mmmm ≤0.0068의 조건을 만족하고, 전자공여체 화합물(β)을 고체 촉매 성분(A) 및 유기알루미늄 화합물(B)과 함께 사용하여 중합화를 수행함으로써 수득된 호모폴리프로필렌의 105℃ 크실렌-불용분획의 5가 입체불규칙성 지수 (mmrr/mmmm)가 0.0068 ≤mmrr/mmmm ≤0.0320의 조건을 만족한다]로 구성된 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
  3. (1) 폴리프로필렌의 23℃ 데칼린-가용분획 함량이 3.0~10.0 중량%의 범위이고, (2) 110Hz의 진동을 폴리프로필렌에 가해지는 경우, 폴리프로필렌이 1.0 ×109dynes/㎠의 복소탄성율을 나타내는 온도가 134~152℃의 범위이며, (3) 230℃에서 폴리프로필렌의 용융 유속(MFR)이 0.5~10.9g/10분의 범위인 제2항의 중합용 촉매를 사용하여 중합화를 수행함으로써 수득되는 이축 배향 필름 제조용 폴리프로필렌.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 전자공여체(α)을 사용하여 중합화를 수행함으로써 수득된 호모폴리프로필렌의 105℃ 크실렌-불용분획의 5가 입체불규칙성 지수(mmrr/mmmm)가 0.0004 ≤mmrr/mmmm ≤0.0068의 조건을 만족하고, 전자공여체(β)을 사용하여 중합화를 수행함으로써 수득된 호모폴리프로필렌의 105℃ 크실렌-불용분획의 5가 입체불규칙성 지수(mmrr/mmmm)가 0.0068 ≤mmrr/mmmm ≤0.0200의 조건을 만족하는 이축 배향 필름 제조용 폴리프로필렌.
  5. 제3항 또는 4항에 있어서, (1) 폴리프로필렌의 23℃ 데칼린-가용분획 함량이 3.0~10.0 중량%의 범위이고, (2) 110Hz의 진동을 폴리프로필렌에 가해지는 경우, 폴리프로필렌이 1.0 ×109dynes/㎠의 복소탄성율을 나타내는 온도가 137~149℃의 범위이며, (3) 230℃에서 폴리프로필렌의 용융 유속(MFR)이 1.0~8.0g/10분의 범위인 이축 배향 필름 제조용 폴리프로필렌.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매계에서 몰비 Z/X가 Z/X ≥0.01 [Z는 전자공여체(C)의 공급량 및 X는 유기 알루미늄 화합물(B)의 공급량]의 조건을 만족하는 올레핀 중합체의 제조방법.
  7. 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 이축 배향 필름 제조용 폴리프로필렌을 연신가공시켜 수득한 이축 배향 필름.
