Description
Claims (12)
- 과립상 지지체를 (a)유기규소 화합물, (b)디알킬마그네슘 및 임의로 트리알킬알루미늄 화합물, (c)모노클로로-유기 화합물, (d)1종 이상의 4가 티탄 화합물과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 과립상 지지체 함유 지글러-나타형 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기규소 화합물이 디에톡시디메틸실란, 메틸트리메톡시실란, 메틸트리에톡시실란, 테트라에톡시실란 또는 헥사메틸디실라잔인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 과립상 지지체와 전자-공예체 화합물 사이의 접촉 공정을 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전자-공여체 화합물이 테트라히드로푸란, 디메틸포름아미드, 트리에틸오르토아세테이트 및 테트라에톡시실란으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 과립상 지지체를 유기금속 화합물과 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 유기금속 화합물이 트리메틸알루미늄 또는 디메틸 알루미늄 클로라이드인 방법.
- (a)과립상 지지체를 유기규소 화합물과 접촉시키고, (b)공정(a)에서 생성된 지지체를 디알킬마그네슘 임의로 트리알킬알루미늄 화합물과 접촉시키고, (c)공정(b)에서 생성된 지지체를 모노클로로-유기 화합물과접촉시키고, (d)공정(c)에서 생성된 지지체를 4가 티탄 화합물과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 과립상 지지체 함유 지글러-나타형 촉매의 제조방법.
- (a)과립상 지지체를 유기규소 화합물과 접촉시키고, (b)공정(a)에서 생성된 지지체를 디알킬마그네슘 및 임의로 트리알킬알루미늄 화합물과 접촉시키고, (c)공정(b)에서 생성된 지지체를 모노클로로-유기 화합물과 접촉시키고, (d)공정(c)에서 생성된 지지체를 전자-공예체 화합물과 접촉시키고, (e)공정(d)에서 생성된 지지체를 유기금속 화합물과 접촉시키고, (f)공정(e)에서 생성된 지지체를 4가 티탄 화합물과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 과립상 지지체 함유 지글러-나타형 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 방법으로 수득할 수 있는 촉매.
- 올레핀 중합용 또는 공중합용으로 사용되는 제 9항에 따른 촉매.
- 제10항에 있어서, 조촉매로서 트리메틸알루미늄과 함께 사용되는 촉매.
- 제10항에 있어서, 체적밀도 0.37∼0.50g/㎤의 중합체 제조용으로 사용되는촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
