Claims (7)
- 고체 물질의 과냉각 용융물 또는 과포화 용액에서 결정화를 개시 및/또는 가속 및/또는 유도하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 과냉각 용융물 또는 과포화 용액을 권취 드럼 상으로 분배하기 이전에 또는 권취 드럼 상에 수납하는 동안, 또는 상기 권취 드럼 또는 컨베이어 벨트 상에 수납하기 위한 컨베이어 시스템의 컨베이어 벨트 상으로 분배하기 이전에 또는 컨베이어 벨트 상에 수납하는 동안 상기 용융물 또는 과포화 용액을 초음파 노출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 과냉각 용융물 또는 과포화 용액은 상기 권취 드럼 또는 컨베이어 벨트 상에 분할분의 상태로 수납되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 과냉각 용융물 또는 과포화 용액을 수납하기 위한 컨베이어 시스템의 상기 권취 드럼 또는 컨베이어 벨트는 냉각되어 있거나, 또는 추가로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단일 지점에서 집중적으로 또는 분리된 지점 중 어디에서나 다중으로 초음파를 노출하는 것이 효과적인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용융물 또는 용액이 현탁 물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용융물중 일부의 유입량만이 과냉각되거나 또는 상기 용액 중 단지 일부의 유입량만이 과냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용융물은 권취 드럼 상에 또는 컨베이어 시스템의 컨베이어 벨트 상에 수납되는 동안 초음파에 노출되며, 상기 컨베이어 벨트 또는 권취 드럼 접촉될 때에만 과냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
