Claims (7)
- 제1방향으로 평행하게 배설된 1쌍의 제1축 가이드와, 상기 제1방향에 대하여 직각인 제2방향으로 평행하게 배설된 1쌍의 제2축 가이드와, 상기 제1축 가이드와 평행하게 배설되고, 제1축 가이드와 평행한 상태에서 상기 제2방향으로 이동 가능한 제1축 로드와, 상기 제2축 가이드와 평행하게 배설되고, 제2축 가이드와 평행한 상태에서 상기 제1방향으로 이동 가능한 제2축 로드와, 상기 제1축 가이드와 제2축 가이드에 둘러싸여서 이루어지는 직사각형 평면내에서, 상기 제1축 로드와 제2축 로드위를 상기 제1방향 및 제2방향으로 이동 가능한 이동체와, 상기 제2축 로드를 상기 제1방향으로 이동시키기 위한 제1구동 기구와, 상기 제1축 로드를 상기 제2방향으로 이동시키기 위한 제2구동 기구와, 축선을 중심으로 하여 회전 가능한 출력축과, 한끝단이 상기 이동체에 회전 가능하게 고정되고, 다른 끝단은 상기 출력축의 한끝단에 고정되어, 이동체가 출력축의 주위를 선회하였을 때에 출력축을 회전시키는 레버부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전운동기구.
- 상기 1축 로드의 상기 제1축 가이드와의 평행도를 유지하기 위한 제1평행유지기구와, 상기 제2축 로드의 상기 제2축 가이드와의 평행도를 유지하기 위한 제2평행유지기구를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1기재의 회전운동기구.
- 상기 제1구동기구 및 상기 제2구동기구는, 에어 실린더 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1기재의 회전운동기구.
- 상기 제1구동기구 및 상기 제2구동기구는, 볼나사와, 이 볼나사를 구동시키는 모터로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1기재의 회전운동기구.
- 상기 제1평행유지기구 및 제2평행유지기구는, 래크. 피니온기구인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 2기재의 회전운동기구.
- 상기 출력축과 상기 레버부재는, 복수조 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1기재의 회전운동기구.
- 에어실린더 장치로 공급 배출하는 압축공기의 공급 배출 전환위치 검출수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 3기재의 회전운동기구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
