Abstract

클러치 장치는 커버(1)와, 다이아프램(2)과, 텅(8)에 의해 커버(1)에 결합된 압력 플레이트(3), 및 다이아프램(2)을 압력 플레이트(3)에 고정하기 위한 리턴 후크(5)를 포함한다. 후크(5)의 적어도 대부분은 커버(1)내의 장착 구멍(9)의 에지중 하나에 의해 형성된 역정지부(6)에 접속하기에 적합한 정지부(7)를 형성하도록 외측으로 연장되어 있다.
본 발명은 차량에 적용할 수 있다.

차량용 클러치 장치(CLUTCH MECHANISM, IN PARTICULAR FOR MOTOR VEHICLES)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 장치의 축단면도이다.
제2도는 제1도의 장치의 상부의 일부분을 도시하는 부분 확대도이다.
제3도는 압력 플레이트를 도시하기 위해 부분적으로 절단한 것으로 제1도의 화살표(3) 방향에서 본 도면이다.
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 후크의 평면도이다.
제5도는 제2실시예로서 제4도와 유사한 평면도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 클러치의 수축 플레이트(80)에 부착하기에 적합한 커버(1)와, 상기 커버에 다이아프램을 피봇식으로 고정하는 피봇 수단(4)에 의해 커버상에 장착된 다이아프램(2)과, 회전하도록 커버(1)에 고정되며 접선방향 탄성 텅(8)에 의해 커버에 대해 축방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 장착된 압력 플레이트(3)와, 압력 플레이트(3)가 다이아프램(2)을 지지하기 위해 구비한 지지보스(31)와 후크 사이에 다이아프램(2)의 외주연(21)을 파지함으로서 압력 플레이트(3)에 다이아프램(2)을 커플링하기 위한 리턴 후크(5)와, 압력 플레이트가 그 외주연에서 방사상으로 돌출한 러그(34)에 접선방향 텅(8) 및 리턴 후크(5)를 고정하도록 작동하는 고정 부품(35)을 구비하며; 상기 커버(1)는 리턴 후크(5) 및 고정 부품(35)을 장착하기 위한 기부(11)를 구비하며, 상기 구멍(9)은 커버의 기부(11)에 영향을 미치며 커버의 기부에 인접한 후방 에지에 의해 한정되며, 전방 에지(6)는 상기 기부로부터 축방향으로 멀리 있으며, 두개의 측방향 에지(60)는 전방 에지(6) 및 후방 에지를 함께 결합하는 차량용 다이아프램 클러치 장치에 있어서, 상기 리턴 후크(5)중 적어도 대부분은 상기 장착구멍(9)이 관련된 전방 에지(6) 또는 측방향 에지(60)에 의해 형성된 관련 역정지부(6,60)에 대항하여 접속되기에 적합한 정지부(7,70)를 형성하도록 외측으로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아프램 클러치 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 역정지부(6)는 압력 플레이트(3)의 러그를 에워싸는스커트상의 표면(15)에 영향을 미치는 장착구멍(9)의 전방 에지에 의해 형성되며, 상기 표면(15)은 스커트(12)의 주부분에 대해 방사상으로 오프셋되어 있으며 커버(1)의 외주연으로 연장되어 있으며, 상기 후크(5)는 정지부(7)를 형성하도록 방사상 외측으로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아프램 클러치 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후크(5)는 접선방향 텅(8)에 관련된 자유 단부(81)의 부분과 합체하기에 적합한 러그(55)를 측면에 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아프램 클러치 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 역정지부(60)는 장착 구멍(9)의 측방향 에지(60)중 하나에 의해 형성되며, 상기 후크(5)는 정지부(7)를 형성하도록 측방향 외측으로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아프램 클러치 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다이아프램(2)은 지지헤드(42)를 구비한 스터드(41)에 의해 커버(1)상에 피봇식으로 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아프램 클러치 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 다이아프램의 핑거(22)는 곡선형인 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아프램 클러치 장치.
