Claims (26)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 부가염.상기식에서, Z는 수소, -CH3또는 -C2H5이고, X 및 Y는 -OH, 생리학적으로 허용되는 에스테르 또는 생리학적으로 허용되는 아미드를 나타내며, R은 수소, C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시, 할로겐, -CF3또는 -OCF3그룹으로부터 독립적으로 선택된 1 내지 3개의 치환체를 나타내고, R1은 수소, 아미노, C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시, 할로겐, -CF3또는 -OCF3그룹으로부터 독립적으로 선택된 1 내지 3개의 치환체를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, Z가 수소인 화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, R이 4,6-디클로로인 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, X 및 Y가 에톡시인 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, X 및 Y가 -OH인 화합물.
