Abstract

중합체-변형된 폴리올을 제조하는 방법으로서, 그 자체로 올아민 중합체-변형된 폴리올인 안정화제 및 포리올이 존재하여 폴리이소시아네이트와 올아민을 중합하는 것으로 구성되는 방법.

Claims (10)

  1. 그 자체로 올아민 중합체-변형된 폴리올인 안정화제 침 폴리올의 존재하에 폴리이소시아네이트와 올아민을 중합시키는 것으로 구성되는 중합체-변형된 폴리올의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올아민이 트리에탄올아민인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 10-20중량%의 범위내인 산화에틸렌 함량을 갖는, 산화 에틸렌이 끝에 달린 폴리옥시프로필렌 폴리에테르폴리올을 사용하여 상기 안정화제를 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제1-3항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올이 15중량% 미만의 산화 에틸렌 함량을 갖는, 산화 에틸렌이 끝에 달린 폴리옥시프로필렌 폴리에테르 폴리올인 방법.
  5. 제1-4항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 디부틸주석 디라우레이트가 인정화제의 제조시에 촉매로서 사용되는 방법.
  6. 제1-5항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 중합체-변형된 폴리올의 제조시에 촉매로서 옥토산 제일 주석을 사용하는 방법.
  7. 제1-62항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 반응 성분의 총 중량을 기준으로 4-10중량부 범위의 안정화제가 사용되는 방법.
  8. 제1-7항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 제조 후 중합체-변형된 폴리올을 부가의 폴리올과 블렌딩시키는 방법.
  9. 폴리우레탄 물품, 주형 시스템, 코우팅 시스템 도는 접착제의 제조시, 제1-9항 중 임의의 한 항에 청구된 방법에 의해 제조된 중합체-변형된 폴리올의 사용.
  10. 중합체-변형되니 폴리올의 제조시, 안정화제로서의 올아민 중합체-변형된 폴리올의 사용.
