Claims (8)
- 80부피%에 달하는 경질상의 재료와 해면철로 이루어지고 연마과정 동안에 혼합되는 분말을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Nbc, TiN, TiC, Al2O3, SiC, Cr3C2, VC, MO2C, WC 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 경질상 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, Ni, Mo, Mn, Cr, Cu, Si, V, Ti, P, Fe3P, C 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 합금 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 60㎛이하, 바람직하게는 50㎛ 이하의 평균 입자크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 덩어리 형태를 취하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 해면철과 경질상 재료를 포함하고 있으며 연마과정 동안에 혼합된 분말로 이루어진 조성물을 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 액체를 함유하고 있는 밀링장치내에서 불활성 분위기하에서 해면철 분말, 경질상 재료의 분말 및 합금 첨가제를 혼합하는 단계와, 원하는 입자크기 및 입자크기 분포가 얻어질 때까지 상기 혼합물을 연마하는 단계와, 그리고 가루가 된 재료를 분리 및 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 액체가 헵탄, 알코올, 시클로헥산, 물 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 상기 연마단계가 볼밀내에서 질소 분위기하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
