Abstract

스텍켈 압연기에 의한 압연시 압연하려는 스트립의 길이에 걸쳐 현저한 압연력 변동이 나타나게 된다. 스트립의 상이한 온도 때문에 야기된 이러한 압연력 변동은 스트립온도 및/또는 스트립 위치에 따라서 제어되는 가열장치에 의해 균일화 되어서 전체 스트립 길이에 걸쳐 거의 균일한 압연력이 얻어지게 된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 적어도 하나의 역방향지지대(2)와 역방향지지대(2)의 입력 및 출력측에 배치되고 압연하려는 스트립(6)을 위한 로울테이블(5) 위에서 서로 연결되어 있는 구동부(3,3`) 및 권취스토브(4,4)를 갖춘 스텍켈 압연기(1)에 있어서, 권치스토브(4,4`)와 역방향 지지대(2) 사이에 형성된 적어도 하나의 부분에 각각의 부분의 적어도 한 영역을 차지하는 적어도 하나의 가열장치(7,7`; 8,8`)가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텍켈 압연기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 양 권취스토브(4,4)와 역방향지지대(2) 사이에는 가열장치(7,7`; 8,8`)가 한개씩 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텍켈 압연기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가열장치(7,7`; 8,8`)는 구동부(3,3`)와 역방향지지대(2) 사이의 영역에 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텍켈 압연기.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열장치(7,7`; 8,8`)는 로울테이블(5)의 상부 및/또는 하부에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텍켈 압연기.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열장치(7,7`; 8,8`)는 유도가열식인 것을 특징으로 하는 스텍켈 압연기.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스텍켈 압연기(1)에서의 스트립(6)의 위치 및/또는 스트립온도 및/또는 스트립의 압연방향에 의존하여 가열능력에 영향을 줄 수 있는 적어도 하나의 제어장치(9)가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텍켈 압연기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 구동부(3,3`)가 역방향지지대(2) 사이의 영역에 온도 실제값 공급장치(16,16`)가 구비되고, 스텍켈 압연기(1)는 스트립 추적장치(17)를 구비하고, 또한 역방향지지대(2)의 입력 및 출력측에는 제어장치(9)가 배치되고 제어장치에는 컴퓨터(12) 및/또는 압력장치(15)에 의해 압연 스트립온도 설정값이, 그리고 실제값 공급장치(16,16`)로부터 스트립온도 실제값이 및/또는 스트립 추적장치(17)로부터 스트립 위치값이 입력되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텍켈 압연기.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 스트립 진행방향으로 역방향지지대(2) 앞에 배치된 각각의 가열장치(7,7`; 8,8`)를 작동하는 스위치장치가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텍켈 압연기.
