Claims (20)
- 유리 인벨럽; 상기 인벨럽의 바깥쪽에서 부터 도입부를 통해 인벨럽의 안쪽으로 들어가고 인벨럽의 도입부에 봉인된 한쌍의 도입관; 상기 인벨럽 안에 있는 도입관위에 장치되어 있는 전극; 및 상기 인벨럽 안에 있는 전극과 도입부 사이에서 한쌍의 도입관위에서 그것을 둘러싸고 있는 세라믹-유리 구슬;로 구성된 냉음극 초소형 형광 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구슬이 납이 전혀없는 구슬인 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구슬이 납이 없는 소결된 세라믹-유리 재료인 램프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 재료가 산화 바륨을 포함하는 램프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전극이 여러개의 탭으로 구성되고, 각각의 탭이 다각형을 이루는 금속 와이어로 구성되며 각 탭의 한쪽면이 다른 탭의 해당면과 연합하여 상기 도입관의 양 말단부를 고정시키는 전극의 베이스 부분을 형성하는 램프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 램프의 직경이 7mm이하인 램프.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 여러개의 탭들이 3개의 탭으로 구성되는 램프.
- 제6항에 있어서 상기 여러개의 탭들이 3개의 탭으로 구성되는 램프.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기전극이 여러개의 탭으로 구성되고, 각각의 탭이 다각형을 이루는 금속 와이어로 구성되며 각 탭이 상기 도입관의 양 말단부에 고정되고 각 탭의 표면적이 약 44mm2인 램프.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속 와이어가 니켈을 기본으로 하는 금속인 램프.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기한 여러개의 탭이 3개의 탭으로 구성되는 램프.
- 제11항에 있어서, 금속 와이어가 니켈을 기본으로 하는 금속이고 상기 다각형이 사각형이며 사각형의 긴쪽면의 길이가 약6.5mm, 짧은 쪽면의 길이가 약 3.4mm이고 와이어의 직경이 약 0.25mm인 램프.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 인벨럽안에 충진가스가 들어있는 것으로 더 구성되는 램프.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 충진 가스가 90 Torr Penning 믹스인 램프.
- 제9항에 있어서, 충진 가스가 인벨럽안에 보유되어 있고 상기 충진 가스가 90 Torr Penning 믹스인 것으로 더 구성된 램프.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전극의 표면적이 약 132mm2인램프.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기한 3개의 탭의 표면적을 합한 값이 약 132mm2인램프.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 충진 가스가 약 99.5%(중량)의 네온과 약 0.5%의 아르곤인 램프.
- 제9항에 있어서, 충진 가스가인벨럽안에 보유되어 있고, 상기 충진 가스가약 99.5%(중량)의 네온과 약 0.5%의아르곤으로 이루어지는 것으로 더 구성된 램프.
