Description
Claims (12)
- 광원과 콜리메이터 및 복합 프리즘 그리고 회전 다면경과 주사 렌즈계로 구성되는 광 주사장치에 있어서, 상기 복합 프리즘은 레이저 다이오드와 광축이 직각을 이루도록 회전 다면경과 레이저 다이오드사이에 설치하고, 주사 렌즈는 주사/부주사 방향으로 배율을 갖는 한매의 렌즈로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 광 주사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합 프리즘은, 원통형 렌즈의 기능을 갖추도록 함을 특징으로 하는 광 주사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주사 렌즈는, 주사 방향으로는 광을 조사하되 상기 회전 다면경의 편향각도와 상기 주사되는 길이가 선형적으로 비례하는 기능, 그리고, 이 주사 방향과 직각인 부주사 방향으로는 구면 렌즈의 형상을 갖도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 광 주사장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 주사 방향의 렌즈면 두개는, 원추 상수와 8차까지의 비구면 전개 계수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 주사장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 원추 상수는, 적어도 그 어느 하나가 마이너스(-) 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 주사장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 주사 방향의 렌즈 곡율은, 회전 다면경에 대하여 각각 양(+)의 부호와 음(-)의 부호를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 주사장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 부주사 방향의 렌즈면 두개는, 구면 렌즈를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 광 주사장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 부주사 방향의 두개의 곡율은, 회전 다면경 방향으로 동시에 오목한 형상을 갖도록 함을 특징으로 하는 광 주사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주사 렌즈는, 상기 주사 렌즈의 두께, 그리고, 회전 다면경과 이 주사 렌즈의 첫번째 면까지의 거리 비율은 0.5에서 1.5사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 주사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주사 렌즈의 재질은, 폴리메틸메타크릴산염을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 광 주사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주사 렌즈의 재질은, 플라스틱을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 광 주사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주사 렌즈는, 축대칭 비구면 렌즈의 회전 다면경 방향의 면과 결상면 방향의 면의 곡율 반경은 절대값으로서, 결상면 방향의 곡율 반경을 크게 하여 사용함을 특징으로 하는 광 주사장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
