Claims (14)
- 제어될 휘일의 휘일 브레이크는 절환 위치로 개방되었다가 압력 유체의 통과를 차단하도록 재절환 가능한 전기 제어식 다방향 밸브가 설치되어 있는 압력 유체 도관을 통해 브레이크압 발생기에 연결되며, 상기 휘일 브레이크에는 제어 가능한 보조 압역 공급 장치가 설치되어 있는, 록킹 방지 또는 트랙션 슬립 제어 기구와: 상기 브레이크압 발생기와 상기 보조 압력 공급 장치 사이에 연결되는 압력 보상용 유체 저장소와; 그러고 휘일의 회전 동향을 검출하는 전기 신호를 처리하고 상기 다방향 밸브 및 보조 압력 공급 장치로 유입될 수 있는 전기식 브레이크압 제어 신호를 발생시키는 전기 회로를 포함하는 제동 장치에 있어서, 상기 보조 압력 공급 장치(2)는 직접 또는 상기 압력 유체의 통과를 차단하도록 재절환 가능한 다방향밸브(5-8,34,35)를 통해 휘일 브레이크(12-15)에 연결되는 하나 이상의 바이패스 조절용 유압 펌프(16,17)를 포함하며, 다방향 밸브인 분리용 밸브(3,4)는 상기 브레이크압 발생기로 향하는 압력 유체 도관에 배치되며, 제어 작동의 진행중에 압력을 감소시키기 위해 압력 유체는 상기 유압 펌프(16,17)에 평행하게 연결되고 다방향 밸브(22,23)를 구비하는 바이패스 도관(20,21)을 통해 상기 압력 보상 저장소(11)로 배출되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 록킹 방지 또는 트렉션 슬립 제어 기구를 갖는 제동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 바이패스 도관(20,21)에 설치되는 상기 다방향 밸브(22,23)는 기본 위치에서 폐쇄되고 압력 유체를 통과시키도록 재절환 되는 각각의 2방향/2위치 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 록킹 방지 또는 트랙션 슬립 제어 기구를 갖는 제동 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 브레이크압 발생기(1)는 전방 차축 및 후방 차축에 대해 대각선으로 휘일 브레이크(12-15)에 연결되고 대응하는 바이패스 조절용 유압 펌프(16,17)와 협력하는 2개의 유압 분리식 제동 회로-(I,I',II,II')를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 록킹 방지 또는 트랙션 슬립 제어 기구를 갖는 제동 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 유압 펌프(16,17)는 공통의 전기 모터(M)에 의해 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 록킹 방지 또는 트랙션 슬립 제어 기구를 갖는 제동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 2중-회로 제동 장치외 전방 및 후방 차축에서, 상기 전방 휘일(VR,VL)의 휘일브레이크는 기본 위치에서 유체를 통과시키고 차단 위치로 절환 가능한 각각의 2방향/2위치 밸브(34,35)를 통해 제동 회로(I')에 연결되며, 상기 후방 휘일(HR,HL)의 휘일 브레이크는 제 2 제동 회로(II')에 직접연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 록킹 방지 또는 트랙션 슬립 제어 기구를 갖는 제동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보조 압력 공급 장치(2)는 록킹 방지 신호 또는 트랙션 슬립 제어 신호에 의해 스위치 온될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 록킹 방지 또는 트랙션 슬립 제어 기구를 갖는 제동 장치.
- 제 l 항에 있어서, 상기 보조 압력 공급 장치(2)는 제동 작동력, 브레이크압 또는 페달 경로에 의해 직접 또는 간접적으로 유도된 신호에 의해 스위치 온될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 록킹 방지 또는 트랙션슬립 제어 기구를 갖는 제동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 브레이크압 발생기(1)는 휘일 브레이크(12-15)에 연결되는 작동실(24,25)과 이 작동실(24,25)을 압력 보상용 저장소로 연결시키는 마스터 실린더 밸브(26,27)를 갖춘 단일 또는 2중 회로 마스터 브레이크 실린더(9)를 포함하며, 상기 마스터 실린더 밸브(26,27)는 페달력에 비례하는 값으로 보조 압력을 제한하는 조절 밸브 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 록킹 방지 또는 트랙션 슬립 제어 기구를 갖는 제동 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 마스터 실린더 밸브(26,27)는 조절용 중앙 밸브를 형성하며, 보조 압력 공급장치(2)로부터의 압력 유체는 마스터 실린더의 피스톤(28,29)을 초기 위치로 복원시키도록 상기 밸브를 통과하며, 상기 압력 유체는 압력 보상용 저장소(1l)로 배출되므로 작동실(24,25)내의 압력을 페달력에 비례하는 값으로 제한하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 록킹 방지 또는 트렉션 슬립 제어 기구를 갖는 제동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 마스터 실린더 피스톤의 경로에 응답하여 작동하고 상기 피스톤과 브레이크 페달(1')이 원위치로 복원되자마자 보조 압력의 효과로 보조 압력을 감소시키는 신호를 해제시키는 스위치(30,31)가 설치되어 있으므로, 페달의 복원 행정을 제한하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 록킹 방지 또는 트랙션 슬립 제어 기구를 갖는 제동 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 스위치(30,31)의 작동에 따라 다방향 밸브(22,23)는 유압 펌프에 부속하는 바이패스 도관에서 구동 가능하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 록킹 방지 또는 트랙션 슬립 제어 기구를 갖는 제동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 마스터 실린더(9)의 압력을 비교하도록 압력 차동 스위치(36)가 구비되어 있으며, 이 실린더에 의해 분리용 밸브(3,4)가 폐쇄되며 보조 압력 공급 장치(2)의 각 유압 회로에서의 보조 압력은 마스터 실린더(9)의 압력에 대응하여 조절될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 록킹 방지 또는 트랙션 슬립 제어기구를 갖는 제동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 트랙션 슬립 제어 기구용의 압력 제한 밸브(32,33)는 구동 휘일로 향하는 압력 유체 도관에 배치되어 있는 분리용 밸브(3,4)에 나란히 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 록킹 방지 또는 트랙션슬립 제어 기구를 갖는 제동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 다방향 밸브(5-8,34,35)를 통해 공통 브레이크 회로(I,I',II,II',)에 연결된 휘일 브레이크(12-15)에 걸리는 브레이크압은 시간적으로 연속적인 관계로 변화될 수 있는 시분할 기법으로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 록킹 방지 또는 트랙션 슬립 제어 기구를 갖는 제동 장치.
