Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- (a) 용융 압출기내에서 폴리올레핀을 용융시키는 단계; (b) 상기 용융된 폴리올레핀과 불포화된 카르복실산 또는 무수물을 용융혼합하는 단계; (c) 상기 용융혼합물에 자유 라디칼원을 첨가하고 폴리올레핀상에 불포화된 카르복실산 또는 무수물을 그라프트시키는 단계; 및 (d) 열가소성 PVOH를 상기 그라프트 폴리올레핀/불포화 카르복실산 또는 무수물 용융 혼합물과 용융 혼합시키는 단계를 용융 압출기를 통해 1회 조작으로 수행하는, 폴리올레핀과 열가소성 폴리 비닐 알콜의 상화성 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리프로필렌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리에틸렌 또는 에틸렌 공중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐 알콜의 70 내지 99몰% 이상을 가수분해되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐 알콜이 70중량% 이상이 비닐 아세테이트인 비닐 아세테이트 공중합체의 가수분해 생성물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀의 평균 분자량이 20,000 내지 2,000,000이내이고, 폴리비닐 알콜의 중합도는 200 내지 4,000이내인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 10 내지 80중량%의 폴리올레핀 및 20 내지 90중량%의 폴리비닐 알콜로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불포화된 카르복실산 또는 무수물이 무수 말레인산인 방법.
- (a) 평균분자량이 20,000 내지 2,000,000인 폴리올레핀 10 내지 80중량%(총 폴리올레핀/폴리비닐 알콜 혼합물을 기준)을 용융 압출기내에서 용융시키는 단계; (b) 폴리올레핀을 기준으로 0.1 내지 4중량%의 무수 말레인산과 상기 용융된 폴리올레핀을 용융 혼합하는 단계; (c) 상기 용융혼합물에 자유 라디칼원을 첨가하고 폴리올레핀산에 무수 말레인산을 그라프트 시키는 단계, 및 (d) 가수분해도가 78 내지 94몰%이고 중합도는 200 내지 4000인 열가소성 PVOH 20 내지 90중량%(총 폴리올레핀/폴리 비닐 알콜 혼합물을 기준)를 그라프트 폴리올레핀/무수 말레인산 용융 혼합물과 용융 혼합하는 단계를 용융압출기에서 1회 수행하는, 폴리올레핀과 열가소성 폴리비닐 알콜의 상화성 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리프로필렌인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리에틸렌 또는 에틸렌 공중합체인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이, 평균분자량이 50,000 내지 700,000인 폴리올레핀 25 내지 75중량% 및 중합도가 300 내지 1500인 폴리비닐 알콜 25 내지 75중량%로 구성되는 방법.
- 10 내지 80중량%의 폴리올레핀 및 20 내지 90중량%의 폴리비닐 알콜로 구성되고 폴리비닐 알콜과 작용성 폴리올레핀을 반응 시킴으로써 제조되는 용융처리한 폴리올레핀/폴리비닐 알콜 조성물에 있어서, 불포화된 카르복실산 또는 무수물을 폴리올레핀과 용융혼합하고, 상기 용융혼합물에 자유 라디칼을 첨가하여 폴리올레핀에 불포화된 카르복실산 또는 무수물을 그라프트시키고, 열가소성 폴리비닐 알콜을 상기 그라프트 폴리올레핀 용융물과 용융혼합함으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀의 평균 분자량이 20,000 내지 2,000,000이고 폴리비닐 알콜의 가수분해도는 70 내지 99몰% 이상이며 중합도는 200 내지 4,000이내인 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 불포화된 카르복실산 또는 무수물이 무수 말레인산인 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀의 평균분자량이 50,000 내지 700,000이내이고, 폴리비닐 알콜의 가수분해도는 78 내지 94몰%이며, 중합도는 300 내지 1500이내인 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리프로필렌인 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리에틸렌 또는 에틸렌 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체인 조성물.
