Claims (14)
- 가구 본체 및 혹은 외짝문에 고정할 수 있는 경첩부분과, 이 경첩부분에 관절식으로 연결되는 하나 이상의 레버를 구비한 가구 경첩에 있어서, 비압축성의 유압매질을 구비한 댐프장치(10)가 레버(6)와 경첩부 사이에 설치되며, 그 댐프장치는, 레버(6)에 관절 결합된 피스톤로드(9)와, 피스톤로드에 고정된 피스톤과, 경첩부에 고정되며 피스톤을 수용하는 실린더(12)를 포함하며, 상기 실린더(12)에는, 피스톤로드(9)를 위한 중심의 관통 구멍을 가지며 피스톤 및 실린더와 함께 두 개의 챔버(35, 36)를 형성하는 단부캡(11)이 제공되며, 그리고 피스톤의 영역내에는 유압매질을 위한 오버 플로우(over flow)구멍 또는 도관이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실린더(12)에 고정되는 단부캡(11)은, 피스톤로드를 위한 관통관을 가지는 탄성 변형 가능한 벨로우즈로서 만들어지며, 그것은 관통관의 영역내에서 피스톤로드(9)와 액체 기밀적으로 단단하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 관통관을 형성하는 연결부(21)는, 피스톤로드(9)의 환상홈(23)과 맞물리는 내부로 돌출하는 원형 돌기부(22)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 원형 돌기부(22)가 연결부(21)의 중간 영역에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 상기 연결부(21)의 외부 단부가 피스톤로드(9)의 쇼울더(24)에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단부캡(11)이 고무 혹은 고무와 유사한 합성수지로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더(12)는 단부면이 개방되어 있는 실린더(17)로부터 신장된 환상 플랜지(14)를 가지며 단부캡(11)의 고정 플랜지(20)를 위한 장착 리브(18, 19)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 실린더(12)는 환상 플랜지(14)는 가구 본체에 부착가능한 경첩 아암(7)의 내면에 접하며, 환상 플랜지 위로 돌출하는 실린더부는 경첩 아암내의 구멍을 통하여 연장되며, 사발형상의 캡(13)은 실린더부에 씌워지고 경첩 아암(7)의 부근까지 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더(12)가 유압매빌의 증가한 압력의 작용하에서 탄성 변형 가능한 재료로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(25) 이외에 안전링(27)은 피스톤로드(9)에 고정되며, 피스톤(25)과 함께 축방향의 틈새를 가지고 수용홈(32)내에 설치되는 피스톤링(33)을 위한 수용홈(32)을 형성하며, 상기 피스톤링(33)은 틈새(38)를 가지고, 그원주면이 내벽면과 접하며, 상기 피스톤과 안전링은 실린더의 내경보다 작은 외경을 가지고, 피스톤(25)과 안전링(27)내에는 통류관(30, 31)들이 제공되며, 그들 중 피스톤의 통류관은 닫힘 행정시 피스톤링으로 덮힐 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤링(33)은 피스톤(25)의 통류관(30)에 맞물리는 하나 이상의 캠(37)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤링(33)은 안전링(27)으로 향한면에 스페이서 캠을 가지며, 이 스페이서 캠(34)은 피스톤의 열림행정시 안전링의 아래면을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤링(33a)은 챔버(36)로 향한면에서 상기 챔버(36)에서의 유압을 받는 원주 방향의 경사면(40)으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(41)은 피스톤 로드 단부에 고정되어 있는 안전링(43)과 피스톤에 제공된 관(42)을 축방향으로 신장시키기 위한 덮개판(44) 사이에서 피스톤 로드 상에서 축방향으로 이동 가능하게 지지되며, 피스톤은 챔버(35) 쪽으로 경사지게 신장되는 원주방향의 밀봉립(45)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
