Claims (10)
- 구동륜(2RR,2RL)의 노면에 대한 슬립량(S)이 목표슬립량(SET)이 되도록 구동륜(2RR,2RL)의 제동력을 제어하는 동시에 엔진의 드로틀밸브(45)의 드로틀개방도(Tn)를 제어해서 엔진출력을 제어하도록 한 차량의 슬립제어장치에 있어서, 상기 구동륜의 슬립량(S)과 목표슬립량(SET)에 의거해서 상기 드로틀개방도(Tn)의 기본제어량(T×TG)을 산출하는 기본제어량연산수단(76)과, 구동륜의 제동력에 대응하는 브레이크액압을 추정하는 브레이크액압추정수단(77,64,65)과, 상기 브레이크액압추정수단(77,64,65)에 의해 추정된 좌우의 구동륜(2RR,2RL)의 브레이크액압중, 낮은 브레이크액압에 상당하는 엔진출력을 산출하는 브레이크액압보정량연산수단(78)과, 상기 기본제어량연산수단(76)에 의해 산출된 드로틀개방도(Tn)의 기본제어량 (T×TG)으로부터 상기 브레이크액압 보정량연산수단(78)에 의해 산출된 상기 엔진출력에 대응하는 드로틀 개방도(TB)의 양을 저감해서 보정((T-TB)×STG)하는 기본제어량보정수단(79)과, 상기 기본제어랑보정수단(79)에 의해 보정해서 산출된 드로틀개방도의 제어량((T-TB)×STG)에 의해 드로틀밸브(45)를 구동하는 밸브구동수단(81,82)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 슬립제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브구동수단(81,82)은, 상기 구동륜의 좌우 모두 브레이크액압이 증압이 아닐 혹은 급증압이 아닐 경우에, 보정해서 산출된 드로틀개방도의 제어량((T-TB)×TG)에 의해 드로틀밸브(45)를 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 슬립제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브구동수단(81,82)은, 상기 구동륜의 좌우 모두 브레이크액압이 증압 혹은 급증압인 경우에, 드로틀개방도의 기본제어량 (T×TG)에 의해 드로틀밸브(45)를 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 슬립제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브구동수단(81,92)은, 엔진회전수(NER)가 소정치 이하이고 또한 드로틀개방도신호가 개방쪽 신호일때에, 보정해서 산출된 드로틀개방도의 제어량((T-TB)×TG)에 의해 드로틀밸브(45)를 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 슬립제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브구동수단(81,82)은, 엔진회전수(NER)가 소정치 이하이고 또한 드로틀개방도신호가 개방쪽 신호이외일때에, 드로틀개방도를 유지하도록 드로틀밸브(45)를 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 슬립제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기본제어량연산수단(76)은,상기 드로틀개방도의 기본제어량(T×TG)을 산출할때, 드로틀개방도(Tn)을 파라미터로 하는 보정계수 (TG)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의슬립제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기본제어량연산수단(76)은, 상기 드로틀개방도의 기본제어량(T×TG)을 산출할때, 드로틀개방도(Tn)와 엔진회전수(NER)을 파라미터로 하는 보정계수 (TG)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의슬립제어장치.
- 제1항에 있아서, 드로틀밸브(45)의 제어량(NB-PB)이 클수록 밸브구동속도가 크게 되도록 밸브구동속도를 산출하는 밸브속도연산수단(80)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 슬립제어장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 밸브속도연산수단(80)은, 드로틀밸브(45)의 제어량 (NB-PB)이 큰 영역에 있어서 밸브가 닫히는 쪽의 밸브구동속도가 밸브가 열리는 쪽의 밸브구동속도 보다도 크게 되도록 밸브구동속도를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 슬립제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브구동수단(81,82)은, 엔진회전수(NER)가 소정치 이하이고 또한 드로틀개방도신호가 개방쪽 신호일때에, 보정해서 산출된 드로틀개방도의 제어량((T-TB)×TG)에 의해 드로틀밸브(45)를 구동하고, 엔진회전수(NER)가 소정치 이하이고 또한 드로틀밸브개방도신호가 개방쪽 신호이외일때에 드로틀개방도를 유지하도록 드로틀밸브(45)를 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 슬립제어장치.
