Abstract

무선 통신 디바이스(50)는 제1하우징 소자(51) 및 제2하우징 소자(53)을 갖고 있다. 제1하우징 소자(51)는 연장된 위치 및 폐쇄된 위치사이에서 이동가능하다.무선 통신 디바이스는 적어도 2개의 안테나들(112,113)을 갖고 있다. 제1하우징소자(51)의 위치에 응답하여 제1안테나(112) 및 제2안테나(113)사이에서 스위치하기 위해 동작하는 스위치(121)가 제공된다. 양호하게 제1안테나(112)는 제1하우징소자(51)에 배치되고 제2안테나(113)는 제2하우징 소자(53) 또는 배터리 하우징(57)에 배치된다.

제3도는 본 발명의 다른 양호한 실시예에 따른 연장된 위치에서의 무선전화를 도시한 배면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 라디오(50)가 제1이동 가능하우징 소자(51) 및 제2하우징 소자(53)을 갖고 있고 상기 제1이동 가능하 우징 소자(51)는 연장된 위치 및 폐쇄된 위치 사이에서 이동 가능하고 무선회로의 상당한 부분이 상기 제2하우징 소자에 배치되어 있는 무선 통신 시스템에서 동작되는 무선(50)회로를 갖는 라디오의 안테나 구조에 있어서 상기 안테나 구조가 제1이동 가능 하우징 소자(51)에 배치되어 있고 상기 제1이동가능 하우징 소자(51)가 상기 연장된 위치에 있을 때 동작하는 제1안테나(55); 제2하우징 소자(53)에 배치되어 있고 상기 제1이동 가능 하우징 소자(51)가 상기폐쇄된 위치에 있을 때 동작하는 제2안테나(59); 및 제1안테나(55) 및 제2안테나(59)에서 스위치하기 위한 상기 제1이동 가능 하우징 소자(51)의 위치에 응답하는 스위치(121)에 의해 특징화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 제3안테나(63)는 상기 제2하우징 소자(53)로부터 연장하고 제3안테나(63)는 제1안테나(55) 및 제2안테나(59)의 그룹으로부터 선택된 안테나와 함께 다이버시티 안테나를 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나 구조.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 상기 제1안테나(55)는 반파장 이중극자 안테나이고 상기 제2안테나(59)는 패치안테나인 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나 구조.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 상기 제1이동 가능 하우징 소자(51)는 플립(flip)이고 폐쇄된 위치에서 연장된 위치로 플립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나 구조.
  5. 제1하우징 소자(51) 및 제2하우징 소자(53) 및 무선회로 갖고 있는 무선 통신 디바이스(50)에 있어서 상기 제1하우징 소자(51)는 제1위치 및 제2위치 사이에서 이동 가능하고 상기 무선회로의 상당한 부분은 상기 제2하우징 소자(53)에 배치되어 있는 상기 무선 통신 디바이스가 제1다이버시티 브랜치 및 제2다이버시티 브랜치를 갖고 있는 트랜시버(100); 제1하우징 소자에 배치된 제1안테나(55); 제2하우징 소자내에 배치된 적어도 제1부분을 갖고 있는 제2안테나(59); 제2하우징 소자로부터 연장하고 상기 제1다이버시티 브랜치에 결합된 제3안테나(63): 및 제 1안테나(55) 및 제2 안테나(59) 를 제 2다이버시티 브랜치에 결합하기 위한 제1하우징 소자(51)의 위치에 응답하는 스위칭 디바이스(121)에 의해 특징화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신 디바이스.
  6. 제5항에 있어서 상기 제1이동 가능 하우징 소자(51)는 플립이고 상기 제1위치 및 상기 제2위치 사이에서 플립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신 디바이스.
