Description
Claims (9)
- (A) (i) 약 5중량% 내지 약 20중량%의 알콕시실릴아크릴레이트와 (ii) 사응하게 약 80중량% 내지 약 95중량%의 콜로이드성 실리카 알콜계 분산액의 혼합물(이때, 상기 콜로이드성 실리카 알콜계 분산액은 C(3-5)분지된 지방족 알콜과 C(1-5)직쇄 알콜의 혼합물 중 콜로이드성 실리카로 필수적으로 이루어지며, 약 5중량% 내지 약70중량% 양의 콜로이드성 실리카를 포함하고, 알콕시실릴아크릴레이트를 가수분해하기에 충분한 양의 물을 포함한다)의 약 20℃ 내지 약 100℃ 온도에서의 반응 생성물 100중량부; (B) 하나 이상의 다작용성 반응성 아크릴 단량체 약 10 내지 약 400중량부; 및 (C) 효과량이 겔화 억제제를 포함하는 실리콘 함유 폴리아크릴레이트 혼합물로 부터 휘발 물질을 25℃ 내지 100℃의 온도 및 1 토르 내지 760 토르 압력에서 상당히 제거함을 포함하는, 경화성 실리콘 함유 폴리아프릴레이트 경질도막 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콜로이드성 실리카 알콜계 분산액이 콜로이드성 실리카 및 이소프로판올로 필수적으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콜로이드성 실리카 알콜계 분산액이 콜로이드성 실리카, 및 메탄올과 이소프로판올의 혼합물로 필수적으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혐기성 겔화 억제제를 가진 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혐기성 겔화 억제제가 갈빈옥실인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혐기성 겔화 억제제가 4-하이드록시 TEMPO인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혐기성 겔화 억제제가 비스(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-4-피페리디닐옥시)세바케이트인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알콕시실릴아크릴레이트가 메틸아크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다작용성 반응성 아크릴 단량체가 헥산디올디아크릴레이트인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
