Abstract
본 발명은 용매 제거 단계가 없는 공정을 이용하고 양호한 확선 테이프-인장접찰력, 높은 내마모성 및 500g의 중량으로 500회 마모시킨 후에 낮은 델타 테이버식 헤이즈를 제공하는 UV경화성 경질 코팅 조성물의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 높은 고상물 합량 및 높은 몰 퍼센트의 광개시제를 함유하는 UV경화성 경질 코팅 조성물도 역시 제공한다. 수혼화성 알코올로서 메톡시프로판올 및 광개시제로서 메틸베조일포르메이트를 함유하는 조성물은 높은 테이버 경도를 나타내며, 시간과 에너지 소모적 용매 제거 단계를 요구하지 않는 공정에 의해 제조할 수 있다. 이 방법은 용매 제거 단계를 포함하는 공정보다 더 단기일 뿐만 아니라 더 안전하다.

Claims (12)
- (1) 수혼화성 알코올, 콜로이드성 실리카 및 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 실릴 알크릴레이트의 혼합물올 전탕시키는 단계, (2) 다음 일반식 (Ⅱ)의 아크릴제 단량체를 상기(1)에서 생성된 혼합물을 첨가하는 단계, 및 (3)(2)에서 생성된 혼합물에 UV광개시제를 첨가하는 단계로 이루어지는, 실질적으로 용매 제거 단계가 없는 UV경화성 경질 코팅 조성물의 제조 방법.상기 식들 중, R은 C(1-13)1가 유기기이고, R1은C(1-8)알킬기이며, R2는 수소원자, R및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되고, R³은 C(1-8)알킬렌기이며, R4는 다가 유기이고, a는 0-2의 정수이며, b는 1-3의 정수이고, a+b의 합은 1-3이며, n은 2-6의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, (4) 적어도 1종의 UV흡수제를 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (4)(3)의 생성 혼합물에 적어도 1종의 UV흡수제를 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수혼화성 알코올이 (3)의 생성 혼합물의 50%미만을 구성하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, (4)(3)의 생성 혼합물을 기판에 도포시키는 단계, 및 (5)(4)의 도포된 조성물을 UV광원에 노출시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테 개질된 폴리디메틸실록산으로 이루어지는 1종이상의 유동 조절 첨가제를 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 콜로이드성 실리카인 성분(A); 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 실릴 아크릴레이트의 가수 분해 및 축합 반응으로부터 생성되는 혼합물인 성분(B): 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아크릴계 단챵체인 성분(C): 및 메틸벤조일포로메이트로 이루어지는 광개시제로 이루어지는 UV경화성 경질 코팅 조성물.상기 식들 중에서, R은 상기 식들 중, R은 C(1-13)1가 유리기이고, R1은 C(1-13)알킬기이며, R2는 수소원자, R및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택되고, R3은 C(1-8)알킬렌기이며, R4는 다가 유기기이고, a는 0-2의 정수이며, b는 1-3의 정수이고, a+b의 합은 1-3이며, n은 2-6의 정수이고, 성분(A),(B)및 (C)의 총합은 100중량부이다.
- 제7항에 있어서, 성분 성분(A),(B)및 (C)를 기준으로 상기 메틸벤조일포르메이트 5중량% 이상을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 수혼화성 알코올을 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 성분(A),(B)및 (C)를 기준으로 상기 메틸벤조일포르메티으 5내지 12중량%이상을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 성분(A),(B)및 (C)의 혼합물이 약0.2내지 90중량%의 트리메틸롤프로판 트리아크릴레이트를 포함하는 조성물.
- 콜로이드성 실리카인 성분(A): 다음 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 실릴 아크릴레이트의 가수 분해 및 축합 반응으로부터 생성되는 혼합물인 성분(B): 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아크릴계 단량체인 성분(C); 및 성분(A),(B)및 (C)를 기준으로 5중량%이상의 광개시제로 이루어지는 UV경화성 경질 코팅 조성물.상기 식들 중에서, R은 상기 식들 중, R은 C(1-13)1가 유기기이고, R1은 C(1-8)알킬기이며, R2는 수소원자, R및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되고, R3은 C(1-8)알킬렌기이며, R4는 다가 유기기이고, a는 0-2의 정수이며, b는 1-3의 정수이고, a+b의 합은 1-3이며, n은 2-6의 정수이고, 성분(A),(B) 및 (C)의 총합은 100중량부이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
