Abstract

목적 : 급유 파이프를 가공할 필요없이 취부자유도를 크게 하고 연료의 압력에 의하여 변체가 출렁거리지 않는 연료 역류방지구를 얻는다.
구성 : 통체(18)는 연료탱크에 끼워넣어진 급유파이프에 트인구멍에 끼워넣어 고정된다. 이 때문에 급유파이트로 가공할 필요가 없게 된다. 통체(18)인 트인 구멍에는 개·폐 가능한 변체(30)가 축 지지되어 있으며, 통체(18)의 트인구멍을 밀폐할 수 있도록 되어 있다. 따라서 종래의 추식 역류방지기구에 비교하면 중량과의 관계를 고려할 필요가 없으므로 급유파이프의 취부자유도가 커진다.

Claims (3)

  1. 연료탱크에 끼워 넣어진 급유 파이프의 트인구멍에 취부되는 연료 역류방지구에 있어서, 상기 급유파이프의 트인구멍에 끼워넣어 고정되는 통체와, 상기 통체의 트인구멍에 가장자리에 형성된 축부에 개폐가능하게 축지지되고 통체의 트인구멍을 밀폐가능한 변체와 상기 축부에 형성된 변체를 상기 통체의 트인구멍측에 탄발하는 탄지수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 역류방지기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄지수단은 코일스프링으로 구성되고 그 일단이 상기 통체측으로 걸어 붙여지고 타단은 상기 변체의 표면에 닿고 변체의 중심점이 되는 개폐선상에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 역류방지기구.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 변체의 외주부와 걸어멎춤이 가능한 링형상의 단부가, 상기 통체의 트인구멍에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 역류방지기구.
