다기능 전자렌지

본 고안은 구이판이 구비된 착탈식 히터를 전자렌지 상부에 안치함으로써 고내의 공간을 최대한 활용하고 고주파와 히터를 이용하여 두조리물을 동시에 사용할 수 있어 조리가 매우 간편하며, 히터에 의한 구이도 가능토록 안출된 다기능 전자렌지에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 고주파만을 사용하는 전자렌지와 고내에 히터를 설치하고 고주파와 함께 조리 가능한 전자렌지가 있었다.
그러나 전자의 경우에는 고내의 활용공간이 큰 반면에 피조리물의 조리시간이 길어지고 피조리물의 대상에 따라 조리가 극히 제한되는 문제점이 있었으며, 후자의 경우에는 전자에 비하여 조리시간이 단축되고, 조리의 대상이 상당히 넓어지며, 피조리물의 맛이 좋아지는 반면에 히터가 고내의 상부에 설치되기 때문에 피조리물의 크기에 따라 고내사용이 제한되며 고내 청소시 히터의 파손이 발생할 여지가 뜨거운 히터에 의해 화상을 당하는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 고내와 내통하는 통기공에 캐비넷의 개구된 함입부를 설치한다음 한면에 히터 및 구이판이 내장되고 이와 배치되는 후면에 손잡이를 가진 히터부를 구성하여 고내에서 조리할 시에는 고주파와 함께 히터를 작동하여 조리하도록 하고, 고내에 조리를 하고 구이를 할 경우에는 구이판이 위로 향하도록 함입부에 삽입하여 조리토록 하므로써 두가지의 조리를 동시에 행할 수 있어 매우 편리하고 고내의 조리공간을 최대로 활용할 수 있도록 된 다기능 전자렌지를 제공함에 있다.
따라서 본 고안은 상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 상부 캐비티 적의 개소에 다수개의 통기공을 천공하고, 그 상부 캐비넷에 단턱을 가진 함입부를 형성하며, 이 양측으로 전원과 연결된 제1접점부를 탄설하는 한편, 일면에 구이판이 설치되고, 그 내부에 히터를 부설하며 내벽과 외벽 사이에 단열재를 처리한 다음 그 외벽 양측으로 손잡이를 형성하고 제1접점부와 대응하는 제2접점부를 설치하여서 된 특징이 있다.
이하 본 고안의 실시예를 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 본 고안의 분해 사시도로써 상부 캐비티(1)적소에 다수개의 통기공(2)을 천공하고 이와 접하는 캐비넷(10)판재의 하면을 절단시켜 하향절곡한 다음 절단된 끝 부위에 단턱(11)을 형성하고 함입부(12)양측벽에 제1접점부(13)를 탄설하여서 된 것이다. 이 함입부(12)에 매설되는 히터부(20)는 일측면으로 구이판(21)을 설치하고, 이와 내벽(23)사이에 히터(22)를 부설하며, 내벽(23)과 외벽(24)사이에 단열재(27)를 내장하는 한편, 외벽(24)상부의 양측으로 손잡이(25)를 형성하고, 함입부(12)의 제1접점부(13)와 대응하는 제2접점부(26)를 설치하여서 된 것이다.
제2도는 히터부(20)의 히터(22)가 고내로 향하도록 하여 조리시 마그네트론(미도시)에서 발생한 고주파와 함께 피조리물(30)을 조리토록 된 것을 도시한 것이고, 제3도는 고내의 조리중에 구이를 할 경우로서 구이판(21)이 상향되도록 히터부(20)를 취부하여 히처(22)의 열로써 조리토록 한 것이다.
상기에 의거하여 본 고안의 작용 및 효과를 살펴보면 사용자가 전자렌지의 고내에 피조리물을 조리하면서 구이를 하고자 할 경우나 단지 구이만 원할 시에는 히터부(20)의 구이판(21)이 위를 향하도록 함입부(12)에 삽입하여 구이를 조리하고, 고내의 피조리물을 단시간에 조리할 경우에는 히터(22)가 고내로 향하도록 히터부(20)를 설치하여 고주파와 함께 조리토록 하므로써 조리시간이 매우 단축되고 두가지의 피조리물을 동시에 행할 수 있어 가사효율이 향상되며 고내의 내부공간을 최대로 활용할 수 있도록 되어 매우 신규유용한 고안이라 하겠다.

  1. 상부 캐비티(1) 적소에 통기공(2)을 무수히 천공하고, 캐비넷(10)저부가 개구되도록 함입부(12)를 형성하며, 함입부(12)양측에 제1접점부(13)를 탄설하는 한편, 개구된 일면에 구이판(21)이 설치되고 내부에 히터(22)를 부설하며 외벽(24)사이에 단열재(27)에 내장한 다음, 상부 양측에 손잡이(25)를 형성하고 양측벽으로 제2접점부(26)를 설치하여서 된 다기능 전자렌지.
