1 : 기재 2 : 향나무 분립체
본 고안은 벽지에 관한 것이며, 특히 기재에 향나무 분립체를 균일하게 배합한 벽지에 관한 것이다.
종래 장마철 또는 환기가 잘되지 않는 장소에 부착되는 벽지는 결로현상에 의하여 곰팡이가 발생하므로서 미관을 해치거나 심하면 부패하여 썩는 결점이 있으므로 이를 방지하기 위하여 벽지에 방부성을 부여하고자 크레졸소다 용액 또는 나프텐산을 침투시킨것이 1972년 특허출원 공고 제 173 호 및 제 174 호에 개시되어 있으나 이는 그 방부수명이 짧을 뿐아니라 사람에게 유해하며, 또한 일본국 실용신안출원공개 평 1 - 110300에는 종이 또는 판지에 시리카 및 알루미나 미분말을 함유한것이 개시되어 있으나 이는 방습기능에 국한되고 또한 이는 흡습에 의한 것이므로 그 방습 수명이 짧은 결점이 있었다.
그리고 일본국 실용신안출원공개 평 1 - 110299에는 벽지의 표면에 도포되는 합성수지에 향료를 혼입하여 향을 발산하도록 한것이 개시되어 있으나 이는 그 기능이 향의 발산에 국한된 것이다.
또한, 상기한 종래기술은 방부성 또는 향의 발산의 단일기능 밖에 발휘하지 못하며 실내에 모기 또는 바퀴벌레등의 해충이 칩입 또는 서식할 경우에는 별도의 살충제를 수시로 분무하여야만 되는 불편이 있었다.
본 고안자는 상기한 제반실정을 오래동안에 걸쳐서 연구한 바, 향나무는 옛날부터 한방의학 및 생약학 분야에서 무독이며, 방향. 살충. 살균기능을 가지고 있는것이 입증된 주지의 사실에 착안하여 상기와 같은 향나무가 가지고 있는 기능을 벽지에 이용코자 하는 것이다.
본 고안은 방향. 부패방지. 살충기능을 가진 벽지를 제공함을 목적으로 한다.
본 고안은 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 벽지로 사용되는 종이. 인공 또는 천연섬유 직포등의 기재에 향나무 분립체를 균일하게 배합한 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하 실시예를 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명한다.
제 1 도 및 제 2 도는 본 고안의 제 1 실시에의 일부절개 사시도 및 단면도로서, 1 은 기재(基材)이고, 2 는 상기한 지재에 균일하게 배합한 향나무(檀香) 분립체이다.
기재(1)는 종래부터 벽지로 사용되고 있는 종이. 인공 또는 천연섬유 직포, 부직포등이며, 향나무 분립체(2)는 향나무 또는 향나무 제재시 폐기물로 생기는 톱밥등을 미분쇄한 것으로 그 배합비율은 0.5 중량% 내지 70 중량% 가 적당하며, 0.5 중량% 미만이면 방향. 살충. 부패방지 기능이 미약하고 70 중량%를 초과하면 기재에 배합이 어려웁다. 또한 향나무 분립체는 기재가 종이일 경우에는 제지공정중 초지공정전에 배합하고 기재가 직포일 경우에는 향나무 분립체를 혼합하여 만든 실로 직조하거나 직포를 향나무 분립체와 결합제를 혼합하여 만든 도료상태의 것에 침적하거나 분무하여 이루어진다.
제 3 도는 본 고안의 제 2 실시예로서, 10 은 종이로 된 지지층이고, 20 은 상기한 지지층에 형성되는 인공 또는 천연섬유 직포, 부직포, 식물의 줄기. 잎등으로된 미장층으로서 상기한 지지층(10)과 미장층(20)이 기층(1)을 형성한다.
2 는 상기한 지지층(10)에 균일하게 배합된 향나무 분립체이며 이는 실시예 1과같이 제지공정중 초지공정전에 배합된다. 그리고 도면에서는 지지층에 향나무 분립체를 형성하였으나 미장층에 형성하여도 좋고, 지지층(10)과 미장층(20)을 접착한후에 전체에 향나무 분립체를 형성할 수도 있다. 그리고 필요한 경우 종이 또는 직포등의 상면에 공지한 합성수지 코팅층도 형성될수 있으며 또한 엠보싱 가공도 할수 있음은 물론이다.
이상과 같은 본 고안은 기재에 향나무 분립체를 균일하게 배합하였으므로 건축물, 차량등의 내벽 또는 천장등에 부착하면 향나무가 가지고 있는 방향기능에 의하여 향을 발산하므로서 유쾌하지 못한 냄새등을 은폐 할 수 있고 또한 살충 및 살균기능이 있으므로 각종균류 또는 미생물의 침입을 방지하여 장마철등에도 벽지가 부패되는것이 방지될 뿐만아니라 각종균류 또는 미생물이 벽지에 침입하였다하여도 그 번식등이 방지되므로 역시 벽지의 부패가 방지된다.
그리고 본 고안의 벽지는 모기, 바퀴벌레등 해충의 침입과 서식도 방지되므로 건강하고 위생적인 생활을 영위할 수 있다. 또한 향나무가 가지고 있는 방향. 살충. 살균기능은 거의 반영구적이므로 상기한 바와같은 특징적 기능을 벽지가 오염되어 교환할때까지 발휘되어 경제적인 잇점 등이 있다.
