본 고안은 장판지 또는 인조피혁등의 합성수지 씨이트에 관한것이며, 특히 살충 및 살균기능을 구비한 합성수지 씨이트에 관한 것이다.
종래 장판지 또는 인조피혁등의 합성수지 씨이트를 장마철 또는 습기가 많은 곳에서 사용할때 결로 현상이 발생되면 곰팡이 균등의 미생물이 침입하여 심하면 썩는 현상이 생기는바, 상기한 현상을 방지하기 위하여 기층의 상부에 씨리카 또는 알루미나의 미분말을 도포하거나 염화비닐수지등의 발포층에 연속기포를 형성하고 다시 그 위에 투습성(透濕性) 수지층을 적층한것이 공지되어 있다.
그러나 상기한 것중 전자의 것은 습기를 흡수하는 성질이 있기는 하나 그 흡습기능이 길지 못하고 후자의 것은 습기를 외부로 방출하므로서 결로형상은 방지될 수 있으나, 투습성 수지층을 형성하는 고도한 기술을 요할뿐 아니라 이를 장판지 용으로 사용할 경우 사용자들은 통상적으로 장판지의 표면에 오물등의 부착을 방지하기 위하여 다시 왁스등의 코팅을 실시하기 때문에 투습성 수지층이 원래의 기능을 발휘하기 못하는 결점이 있었다.
또한 일반적인 합성수지 씨이트는 거의 주택등의 건축물또는 쏘파등에 사용하는바, 상기 건축물등 특히 아파트등에서는 환기가 완벽하게 되지 않을 경우 음식물등의 냄새가 나서 그 환경이 양호하지 못하고 또한 모기, 바퀴벌레등의 해충이 서식하므로서 이의 박멸을 위하여 살충제를 분무 또는 훈증하고 있으며, 그 살충제의 살충지속시간도 짧아서 자주 살충작업을 실시하여야 하는등의 불편이 있었다.
본 고안자는 상기한 결점 및 실정등에 대하여 많은 연구를 거듭한바 향나무는 옛날부터 한방의학 및 생약학분야에서 무독이며, 방향, 살충, 살균기능이 있음이 입증된바 주지의 사실인바 합성수지 씨이트에 상기한 향나무의 기능을 이용하는 것을 고안하게 되었다.
본 고안은 향을 발산함과 동시에 미생물등의 번식을 방지하여 불결하거나 썩는 현상이 없는 합성수지 씨이트를 제공함을 목적으로 한다.
본 고안은 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 기층과 표피층 사이에 적층되는 염화비닐수지등의 발포층에 향나무분립체를 균일하게 혼합하여서 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하 실시예 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명한다.
제1도는 본 고안의 실시예의 일부절개사시도이고, 제2도는 제1도의 단면도로서, 1은 직포 또는 석면지등으로 된 기층이며, 2는 상기 한 기층에 적층되는 염화비닐수지등의 발포층이며, 3은 상기 발포층에 균일하게 혼합되는 향나무분립체이고, 4는 합성수지 표피층이다.
상기한 향나무분립체(3)는 향나무 또는 향나부 제재시에 폐기물로 생기는 톱밥등을 미분쇄한것으로 발포전의 비닐수지등에 균일하게 혼합하여 발포하거나 발포된 비닐수지에 향나무분립체와 접착제를 혼합한 것에 침적등의 방법에 의하여 실시할수도 있으며, 향나무분립체의 혼합량은 그 사용 용도에 따라 0.5 중량 % 내지 70 중량 % 범위내에서 설계적으로 증감된다.
그리고 상기한 실시예에서는 향나무분립체를 사용하는것에 대하여 설명하였으나, 향나무기름을 사용할 수도 있으며, 향나무분립체 또는 향나무기름은 기층에 실시할수도 있다.
이상과 같은 본 고안은 발포층에 혼합된 향나무분립체가 향을 발산하므로 유쾌하지 못한 냄새등을 은폐하고 또한 살충 및 살균기능이 있으므로 결로현상이 생겨도 각종 해로운 균 또는 미생물등이 서식하지 못하게 예방할 수 있을뿐아니라 각종 균등이 서식한다하여도 살균 및 살충을 하므로서 해로운 균등이 번식하지 못하므로서 씨이트가 변질되거나 썩지 않게 된다.
그리고 모기 또는 바퀴벌레등은 상기한 살충 기능에 의하여 침입하지 못하거나 서식하지 못하며 향나무 분립체는 무독이므로 종래 살충제의 분무등에 의하여 음식물등에 묻을 경우 사람의 건강을 해치던 결점도 방지할 수 있을 뿐만아니라, 상기한 향나무의 기능은 그 지속시간이 반영구적이므로 씨이트를 건축물등에 시설할 경우 파손되어 교체할때까지 방향, 살충, 살균기능이 유지되어 명랑하고 건강한 주거생활을 할 수 있는등의 효과가 있다.
