Abstract

본 발명은, 스크롤형 압축기에 관한 것으로서, 압축기의 장기간 정지후의 재기동시에 있어서의 선회스크롤(14) 단판(15)의 바깥면(15a)과 이것에 접접하는 스러스트플레인베어링(36)의 접동면(36a)의 이상마모나 눌어붙기를 방지할 수 있는 압축기를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 선회스크롤(14)의 단판(15)의 바깥면(15a) 및 이것에 접접하는 스러스트플레인베어링(36)의 접동면(36a)의 적어도 한쪽에 고체윤활제의 코팅피막(40)을 실시한 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 밀폐하우징내에 고정된 고정스크롤과 맞물리는 선회스크롤을 그 자전을 저지하면서 공전선회운동시키는 동시에 이 선회스크롤에 작용하는 스러스트하중을 이 선회스크롤의 단판의 바깥면과 접접하는 스러스트플레인베어링을 개재해서 상기 밀폐하우징의 스러스트받는면에 의해서 지지하여 이루어지는 스크롤형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 선회스크롤의 단판의 바깥면 및 이것과 접접하는 상기 스러스트플레인베어링의 접동면의 적어도 한쪽에 고체윤활제의 코팅피막을 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 압축기.
  2. 밀폐하우징내에 고정된 고정스크롤과 맞물리는 선회스크롤을 그 자전을 저지하면서 공전선회운동시키는 동시에 이 선회스크롤에 작용하는 스러스트하중을 이 선회스크롤의 단판의 바깥면과 접접하는 상기 밀폐하우징의 스러스트받는면에 의해서 지지하여 이루어지는 스크롤형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 선회스크롤의 단판의 바깥면 및 상기 스러스트받는면의 적어도 한쪽에 고체윤활제의 코팅피막을 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 압축기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고체윤활제로서 4불화에틸렌수지를 베이스로한 고체윤활제를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 압축기.
