Claims (11)
- 85-96 중량%의 ZrO2, 3-8중량%의 SiO2, 0.1-2중량%의 Al2O30.05-3중량%의 B2O3, 전체로서 0.05-3중량%의 BaO, SrO 및 MgO, 0.05중량% 또는 그 이상의 Na2O, 전체로서 0.05-0.6중량%의 Na2O 및 K20, 그리고 전체로서 0.3중량% 또는 그 이하의 Fe2O3및TiO2를 필수적으로 포함하여 구성되며, P205또는 CuO를 실질적으로 함유하지 않는 고 지르코니아 용융 내화물.
- 90-95 중량%의 ZrO2, 3-5.5중량%의 SiO2, 0.1-1.5중량%의 Al2O30.05-2중량%의 B2O3, 전체로서 0.05-2중량%의 BaO, SrO 및 MgO, 0.05중량% 또는 그 이상의 Na2O, 전체로서 0.05-0.3중량%의 Na2O 및 K20, 그리고 전체로서 0.3중량% 또는 그 이하의 Fe2O3및TiO2를 필수적으로 포함하여 구성되며, P205또는 CuO를 실질적으로 함유하지 않는 고 지르코니아 용융 내화물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 표면상의 잔유 응력이 80MPa 또는 그이하의 인장 응력이거나, 50MPa 또는 그 이하의 압축 응력인 것을 특징으로 하는 고 지르코니아 용융 내화물.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 0.05중량% 또는 그 이상의 K2O를 함유하며 또한 그 내화물의 전기 저항이 150Ωcm 또는 그 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고 지르코니아 용융 내화물.
- 85-96 중량%의 ZrO2, 3-8중량%의 SiO2, 0.1-2중량%의 Al2O30.05-3중량%의 B2O3, 전체로서 0.05-3중량%의 BaO, SrO 및 MgO, 0.05중량% 또는 그 이상의 Na2O, 전체로서 0.05-0.6중량%의 Na2O 및 K20, 그리고 전체로서 0.3중량% 또는 그 이하의 Fe2O3및TiO2그리고 0.2중량% 또는 그 이하의 P205를 필수적으로 포함하여 구성되는 지르코니아 융합율이 높은 내화물.

- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 표면 상의 잔유 응력이 80MPa 또는 그 이하의 인장 응력이거나, 50MPa 또는 그 이하의 압축 응력인 것을 특징으로 하는 고 지르코니아 용융 내화물.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 0.05중량% 또는 그 이상의 K20를 함유하며 또한 150Ωcm 또는 그 이상인 전기 저항을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고 지르코니아 용융 내화물.
- 제5항, 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 내화물의 유리 상이 30x10-7/℃ 내지 80x10-7/℃의 열팽창 계수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고 지르코니아 용융 내화물.
- 제5항, 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 내화물의 유리 상이 40x10-7/℃ 내지 70x10-7/℃의 열팽창 계수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고 지르코니아 용융 내화물.
- 85-96 중량%의 ZrO2, 전체로서 0.05-3중량%의 BaO, SrO 및 MgO, 0.05중량% 또는 그 이상의 Na2O, 전체로서 0.05-0.1중량%의 Na2O 및 K20를 필수적으로 포함하여 구성되고, 또한 그 표면상의 잔유 응력이 80MPa 또는 그 이하의 인장 응력이거나, 50MPa 또는 그 이하의 압축 응력인 것을 특징으로 하는 고 지르코니아 용융 내화물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
