Abstract

본 발명은 실질적으로 알칼리 금속산화물을 함유하지 않고, 내약품성, 높은 왜곡점을 갖는 동시에, 뛰어난 용융성 및 내실투성에 뛰어난 무알칼리 유리기판에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 무알칼리 유리기판은 실질적으로 알칼리 금속산화물을 함유하지 않고, 중향 백분율로 SiO258.0~68.0%, Al2O310.0~25.0%, B2O33.0~15.0%, MgO 0~2.9%, CaO 0~10.0%, BaO 0.1~5.0%, SrO 0.1~10.0%, ZnO 0~5.0%, ZrO20~5.0%, TiO20~5.0% 의 조성을 갖는다.

  1. 중량 백분율로, SiO258.0~68.0%, Al2O310.0~25.0%, B2O33.0~15.0%, MgO 0~2.9%, CaO 0~8.0%, BaO 0.1~5.0%, SrO 0.1~10.0%, ZnO 0~5.0%, ZrO20~5.0%, TiO20~5.0%의 조성을 가지며, 알칼리 금속산화물을 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 무알칼리 유리기판.
