Abstract

본 발명은 폐수에서 유기물, 질소, 인등과 같은 부영양화 물질을 높은 효율로 제거하기 위한 폐수처리 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 혐기조에서 유기물을 제거하고 고분자 형태의 인을 정인산 형태로 용출하며, 탈질조에서 질산화물을 질소기체 형태로 제거하고, 폭기조에서 암모니아성 질소를 질산화함과 동시에 정인산 형태의 인을 미생물에 과잉 섭취시키고, 폭기조 유출수를 한외 여과막으로 여과하여 처리수를 방출하고 농축물을 얻은 후 농축물을 침전조에서 침전시켜 상등수는 방류하고 침전슬러지는 탈질조로 반송시킴을 포함하는, 개선된 질소 및 인의 생물학적 제거방법이 제공된다.

제1도는 미생물을 이용하여 폐수중의 질소 및 인을 제거하는 본 발명의 공정을 도시적으로 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 유기물질, 질소 및 인을 포함하는 부영양화 물질을 제거하는 폐수처리 방법에 있어서, 유입수를 담체가 장착된 혐기조에 유입시켜 유기물을 제거하고 고분자 형태의 인을 정인산(olrtho phosphate) 형태로 용출시키는 단계; 상기 혐기조의 유출물을 폭기조 반송액과 함께 탈질조에 유입시켜 질산화물을 질소기체 형태로 제거하는 단계; 상기 탈질 과정을 거친 처리수를 폭기조에 유입시켜 암모니아성질소를 질산화하고 정인산 형태의 인을 미생물에 과잉 섭취시키는 단계; 상기 폭기조 유출수를 한외 여과막으로 여과하여 처리수를 방출하고 농축물을 얻는 단계; 및 상기 한외여과막 농축물을 최종 침전조에 유입하여 중력 침전 처리한 후 상등수를 방류시키고 침전 슬러지를 반송시키는 단계를 포함하는, 질소 및 인의 제거율을 높이는 폐수처리 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혐기조에 담체를 장착하여 혐기조의 슬러지 농도를 향상시키는 동시에 유출수중의 부유물 농도를 감소시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,상기 한외여과막으로서 올레핀계 한외막을 사용하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반송 슬러지를 탈질조로 반송하는 방법.
