Claims (1)
- 오수중의 유분과 같은 부유성 물질과 모래 등의 침강성 물질을 동시에 제거할 수 있도록 설계된 전처리조(1)를 거친 오수를 산소공급이 없는 혐기조(2)와 용존산소감소조(3)로 보내고, 혐기조(2)에서는 미생물이 상기 오수내의 유기물을 섭취하면서 동시에 미생물 체내의 인을 용출하게 하며, 용존산소감소조(3)에서 전처리조(1)를 거친 후 보내어진 오수와 섞여 준혐기조(4)로 보내도록 하고, 준혐기조를 거쳐 송풍기(5)에 의해 공기를 공급하는 포기 장치(6)가 갖추어져 산소가 공급되는 호기조(7)로 보내어진 오수는 호기조(7)에서 호기성 미생물과 산소에 의해 오수중의 유기물이 산화되고, 질소는 아질산화와 질산화가 이루어지며, 상기 혐기조(2)에서 인을 방출한 미생물이 오수내의 인을 과다 섭취하고, 호기조(7)를 거친 후 유기물을 섭취한 미생물과 오수 혼합액의 일부는 내부반송관(8)을 통해 용존산소감소조로 보내어지고, 용존산소감소조(3)에서 일정시간 체류를 통해 용존산소가 감소된 상기 혼합액은 준혐기조(4)로 보내어져 탈질 미생물에 의해 탈질되면서 질소가 제거되며, 상기 내부반송관(8)을 통해 이송된 혼합액 외의 나머지 혼합액은 침전조(9)로 보내어 침전이 이루어지고, 상부의 정화된 상등수는 상등수배출관(10)을 통해 배출되고 침전된 슬러지의 일부는 상기 송풍기(5)의 공기를 이용하는 공기흡출장치(11)에 의해 제거되면서 오수중의 유기물과 인 성분의 제거가 이루어지며, 나머지 침전된 슬러지는 상기 공기흡출장치(11)로 별도의 펌프 장치 없이 반송슬러지이송관(12)을 통해 질산성질소감소조(13)로 보내어 질산성 질소를 감소시킨 후 혐기조(2)로 보내어져 공정상에 필요한 미생물 농도를 유지할 수 있도록 구성된 오수중의 유기물, 질소 및 인 동시 제거 오수처리시스템.
