Claims (8)
- (A) 중량 평균 분자량이 50,000 이상인 음이온적으로 안정화된 하이드록실 말단블럭화된 폴리디오가노실옥산(이때 유기 라디칼은 수중에 분산된 입자의 유탁액으로서 존재하고, 라디칼당 탄소수가 7 미만인 1가 탄화수소 라디칼 및 라디칼당 탄소수가 7 미만인 2-(퍼플루오로알킬)에틸 라디칼이며, 유탁액의 pH는 9 이상이고, 고형물 함량은 50중량% 이상이다) 100중량부, (B) 디알킬틴디카복실레이트 0.075 내지 0.75중량부, (C) 일반식 RSi(OR')3[여기서, R은 C1내지 C4의 1가 탄화수소 라디칼이며 R'는 C1내지 C4의 저급알킬 라디칼 또는 일반식 -N=CR2(R은 상기 정의와 동일)의 라디칼이다]의 실란 0.2 내지 5중량부, (D)불활성인 비규산질 충전제 50 내지 200중량부, (E) 논옥시놀-10 1중량부 이상 및 (F) 에틸렌 글리콜 0.5 내지 6.0중량부를 포함하는 실란트로서 유용한 음이온적으로 안정화된 실리콘 유탁액의 동결융해 안정성을 개선시킴으로써, 동결융해 안정성이 개선된 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A)의 유탁액의 고형질 함량이 70중량% 이상이며, 실란(C)이 메틸트리메톡시실란이고, 충전제(D)가 90 내지 125중량부의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 논옥시놀-10이 1 내지 3중량부의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 글리콜이 1 내지 3중량부의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 논옥시놀-10(E)이 1 내지 3중량부의 양으로 존재하고 에틸렌 글리콜(F)이 1 내지 3중량부의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된, 동결융해 안정성이 개선된 조성물.
- 제2항의 방법에 의해 제조된, 동결융해 안정성이 개선된 조성물.
- 제5항의 방법에 의해 제조된, 동결융해 안정성이 개선된 조성물.
