Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 탄화수소계 고무조성물에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
본 발명은 종래의 문제점을 해결하려 탄화수소계 고무 단독 사용시와 비교하여 고부제품의 물성 및 내열성의 악화를 초래하지 않고 탄화수소계 고무의 가공성을 향상시키는 고무조성물을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
본 발명의 고무조성물은 탄화수소계고무, 가류제 및/또는 가교제, 브롬가 10(g/100g) 이하로 된 석유수지의 수소첨가물로 구성된 것이다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
본 발명의 고무조성물은 탄화수소고무 단독사용시와 비교하여 물성 및 내열성은 악화시키지 않고 개성된 가공성을 나타내면서 EPR 및 EPDM 에 자주 사용하는 과산화물과의 가교시 어떤 문제점도 일으키지 않으므로 고무산업 분야에서 전반적으로 광법위하게 이용할 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 탄화수소계 고무(A)와 가류제 및/또는 가교제, 브롬가가 10(g/100g) 이하인 석유수지의 수소첨가물(C)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (A)성분은 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체고무(EPR), 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 공중합체고무(EPTM), 천연고무(NR), 이소프렌 고무(IR), 스티렌-부다티엔 공중합체고무(SBR) 및 부다티엔 고무(BR)로 구성된 군에서 선택된 한개 또는 한개 이상의 종으로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, (C)성분은 사이클로펜타디엔 및/또는 디사이클로펜타디엔과 방향족함유-비닐모노머와의 공중합체를 수소첨가시켜서 얻는 브롬가 10(g/100g)이하로 석유수지의 수소첨가물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 사이클로펜타디엔 및/또는 디사이클로펜타디엔과 방향족함유-비닐모노머와의 공중합체를 수소첨가하는 것에 의해서 얻어지는 브롬가 10(g/100g)이하로 되는 석유수지의 수소첨가물이, [사이클로펜타디엔 및/또는 디사이클로펜타디엔]-[스티렌] 공중합체를 수소첨가하는 것에 의해서 얻어지는 브롬가가 10(g/100g) 이하로 된 [사이클로펜타디엔 및/또는 디사이클로펜타디엔]-[스티렌] 공중합체를 수소첨가물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무조성.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, (A)성분 100중량part에 대해 (B)성분 및 (C)성분의 양은 각각 0.2-20중량part, 0.5-50중량part로 나누어 배합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무조성물.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 사이클로펜타디엔 및/또는 디사이클로펜타디엔과 방향족함유-비닐모노머와의 공중합체를 수소첨가하는 것에 의해서 얻어지는 브롬가 10(g/100g)이하로 되는 석유수지의 수소첨가물이, [사이클로펜타디엔 및/또는 디사이클로펜타디엔]-[스티렌] 공중합체를 수소첨가하는 것에 의해서 얻어지는 브롬가가 10(g/100g) 이하로 된 [사이클로펜타디엔 및/또는 디사이클로펜타디엔]-[스티렌] 공중합체를 수소첨가물이며 (A)성분 100중량part에 대해, (B)성분을 0.2-20중량part, (C)성분을 0.5-50중량part로 나누어 배합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무조성물.
