Description
Claims (16)
- 다음을 함유하는 타이어 트레드 제조에 유용한 황 및/ 또는 황 제공체로 가황가능한 엘라스토머 조성물로서, 엘라스토머 혼합물(a)의 에폭시화반응도(디엔 이중결합의 초기 몰수에 대한 에폭시화 이중결합의 몰수로 정의됨)가 0.7% 내지 8.0%인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 조성물; a)모노비닐아렌과 공액 디엔간의 중합반응에서 생기는 엘라스토머 20중량% 내지 100중량%를 함유하는 엘라스토머 혼합물 100부, 이때 100에 대한 보충물은 천연고무, 폴리부타디엔 및 기타의 디올레핀 엘라스토머들에서 선택됨; b) (a) 100부당 실리카 10부 내지 150부; c) (a) 100부당 카본 블랙 0부 내지 150부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비닐아렌과 공액 디엔간의 중량비는 10/90 내지 40/60인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 엘라스토머 혼합물(a)는 모노비닐아렌과 공액디엔간의 중합반응에서 생기는 엘라스토머 40중량% 내지 100중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모노비닐아렌과 공액 디엔간의 중합반응에서 생기는 엘라스토머는 랜덤 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체(SBR)인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머 혼합물(a)는 에폭시드들의 함량이 0.5% 내지 6.0%인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카의 양은 10phr 내지 80phr이고 카본 블랙의 양은 2phr 내지 50phr인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 실리카의 양은 30phr 내지 60phr이고 카본 블랙의 양은 3phr 내지 30phr인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머 혼합물(a)는 에폭시드들의 함량이 0.7% 내지 8.0%인 랜덤 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체를 주성분으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시드들의 함량은 1.5% 내지 6.0%인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머 혼합물(a)는 폴리부타디엔 20∼50중량% 및 에폭시드들의 함량이 0.7% 내지 8.0%인 랜덤 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체 50∼80중량%로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머 혼합물(a)는 폴리부타디엔 30∼40중량% 및 랜덤 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체 60∼70중량%로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기의 랜덤 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체는 에폭시드들의 함량이 1.5% 내지 6.0%인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 다음을 함유하는 타이어 트레드 제조에 유용한 황 및/ 또는 황 가공체로 가황가능한 엘라스토머 조성물; a)모노비닐아렌과 공액 디엔, 바람직하게는 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체간의 중합반응에서 생기는 엘라스토머 20중량% 내지 100중량%, 바람직하게는 40중량% 내지 100중량%를 함유하는 엘라스토머 혼합물 100부, 이때 100에 대한 보충물은 천연고무, 폴리부타디엔 및 기타의 디올레핀 엘라스토머들에서 선택되며; 상기 엘라스토머(a)의 에폭시화반응도는 0.7% 내지 8.0%, 바람직하게는 1.5% 내지 6.0%임; b) (a) 100부당 실리카 10부 내지 150부, 바람직하게는 10부 내지 80부, 더욱 바람직하게는 30부 내지 60부; c) (a) 100부당 카본 블랙 0부 내지 150부, 바람직하게는 2부 내지 50부, 더욱 바람직하게는 3부 내지 30부; d)일반식 (I) Y3-Si-CnH2nA[여기서 Y는 1∼4개의 탄소원자 또는 하나의 염소 원자를 갖는 알콕시드기이고, n은 1∼6의 한 정수이며; A는 SmCnH2nSi-Y3,-X 및 SmZ(여기서 X는 니트러스기, 머캅토기. 아미노기, 에폭시기, 비닐기, 아미드기, 염소기에서 선택되고, Z는에서 선택되며, m은 1∼6의 한 정수이고, Y는 상기 정의한 바와 같음)에서 선택됨].
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기의 성분 (d)의 양은 2phr 내지 6phr인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제14항에 따른 엘라스토머 조성물을 130℃ 내지 180℃의 온도에서, 촉진제 및 가황 첨가제의 존재하에 황 및/또는 황 제공체로 가황처리하여 얻어진 타이어 트레드.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기의 가황처리는 140℃ 내지 170℃의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 트레드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
