Description
Claims (20)
- 유리 및 10.5-28중량%의 발포제를 혼합하고 상기 혼합물을 765내지 960℃로 가열하며; 가열된 상기혼합물을 실온까지 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분말 상태의 분쇄유리를 상기 혼합물에 제공하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리가 폐유리, 소다 석회 유리, 붕소 실리케이트 유리, 알루미늄실리케이트 유리, 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며 상기 발포제가 알칼리 및 알칼리 토금속의 탄산염 및 황산염, 카본 블랙, 황, 돌로마이트, 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 발포제가 탄산칼슘, 탄산칼륨, 탄산나트륨, 탄산바륨, 탄산스트론튬, 황산칼슘, 황산칼륨, 황산나트륨, 황산바륨, 황산스트론륨 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 발포제가 탄산칼슘이며 상기 혼합물이 탄산칼슘을 15중량%포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열단계가 상기 가열온도에서 5내지 30분동안 상기 혼합물을 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 발포제가 탄산칼슘이고, 가열단계는 탄산칼슘을 765내지 960℃까지, 바람직하게는 830내지 900℃까지 가열시킨 후, 이 온도에서 20분동안 상기 혼합물을 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각단계는 우선 상기 가열된 혼합물을 538℃까지 재빨리 냉가시킨 후, 실온까지 서서히 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열단계 전에 상기 혼합물을 결합제 및 습기를 첨가하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열단계 전에 상기 혼합물을 소망의 형태로 주조하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열단계 전에 상기 혼합물을 주형에 첨가하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 대략 25중량%의 경석 슬러지를 또한 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 발포제가 탄산 칼슘이며 상기 혼합물이 탄산칼슘을 11중량% 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 발포제가 탄산 칼슘이며 상기 혼합물이 탄산칼슘을 12중량% 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 발포제가 탄산 칼슘이며 상기 혼합물이 탄산칼슘을 13중량% 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석.
- 경석의 대체물로서 제1항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석.
- 발포 유리 생성물이 유리 및 10.5내지 28중량%의 발포제의 혼합물로부터 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석.
- 제18항에 있어서, 유리가 폐유리, 소다 석회 유리, 붕소 실리케이트 유리, 알루미늄실리케이트 유리로,구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, 발포제는 알칼리 및 알칼리토금속의 탄산염 및 황산염, 카본 블랙, 황, 돌로마이크로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석.
- 제19항에 있어서. 상기 발포제가 15 중량 %의 탄산 칼슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 연마석.,※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
