Abstract
HCI흡착제 및 이의 제조방법과 이용에 관한 것으로 알카리 금속으로 촉진된 활성화된 알루미나로 이루어진 흡착제, 알카리금속 산화물로 계산하였을 때 적어도 알카리금속 산화물 5중량% 정도를 함유하는 흡착제.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 흡착제와 수산화나트륨으로부터 유도된 소듐옥사이드를 함유하는 공지의 흡착제 사이의 HCI흡착능을 비교하여 나타낸 그래프이다.
제2도는 본 발명의 흡착제와 알루미나와 Y제올라이트로부터 제조한 공지의 흡착제를 비교하여 나타낸 제1도와 유사한 그래프이다.
제3도는 본 발명의 흡착제와 몇개의 공지의 흡착제를 비교하여 나타낸 제1도와 유사한 그래프이다.
Claims (25)
- 500℃정도 이하의 온도에서 분해되는 유기화합물의 수용성 알카리 금속염과 함께 알루미나 함유물질을 침지하여 촉진화 알루미나를 만들고, 그리고 수화된 물의 대부분을 제거하고 그리고 알카리 금속산화물로 계산하였을 때 전술의 알루미나 흡착제가 전술한 흡착제에 있는 알루미나의 중량으로 기준으로 하여 적어도 할카리 금속산화물이 5중량% 함유되도록 알카리 금속을 함유하는 알루미나 흡착제를 제공해 주기 위해 300℃에서 550℃ 정도의 온도에서 충분한 시간동안 전술의 촉진화 알루미나를 열처리해 주는 것으로 이루어진 HCI스캐빈져 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술의 흡착제에서 기공의 직경이 750A 및 그 이상에서 기공 체적분포가 적어도 0.10cc/g, 기공 직경이 40A 및 그 이상에서 적어도 0.35cc/g, 10,000A에서 100A의 범위에서 적어도 0.16cc/g을 가지고 전술의 흡착제가 5메쉬 구형에서 파쇄강도가 적어도 15 1bs를 갖는 HCI스캐빈져 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 알루미나 함유물질이 수화물인 HCI스캐빈져 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 알루미나 함유물질이 보오크사이트인 HCI스캐빈져 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 알루미나 함유물질이 알루미나 함유물질이 100㎡/g 이상의 표면적을 갖는 것인 HCI스캐빈져 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 준술한 알루미나 함유물질이 수화될 수 있는 알루미나로 이루어지고 그리고 전술한 침지된 수화될 수 있는 알루미나가 수화가 되도록 충분한 시간 동안 물의 존재하 50℃ 이상의 온도에서 경화시키는 HCI스캐빈져 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 전술한 수화될 수 있는 알루미나가 다수의 흡착제 노듈을 만들고 전술의 노듈이 만들어진 동안 전술의 알칼리 금속염으로 침지시키는 것을 행하는 HCI스캐빈져 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 전술한 노듈이 구형을 이루는 HCI스캐빈져 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 전술의 알카리 금속염 수용액을 전술의 노듈을 침지시키기 위해 사용되는 HCI스캐빈져 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술의 알카리 금속염이 유기산의 알카리 금속염인 HCI스캐빈져 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 전술의 유기산은 탄소원자 1~6개를 갖는 HCI스캐빈져조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 전술의 알카리 금속이 나트륨으로 된 HCI스캐빈져 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 전술의 유기산이 아세트산인 HCI스캐빈져 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 전술의 유체를 알카리 금속으로 촉진된 활성화 알루미나 흡착제로 접촉시키는데 있어서 전술의 알카리 금속은 알카리금속 산화물로 계산된 양으로 존재하고, 전술의 알루미나 흡착제는 활성화 알루미나의 중량을 기준으로 하여 알카리금속 산화물을 적어도 5중량% 정도 함유하고, 전술의 흡착제에서 알카리 금속함량은 전술의 흡착제에서 어떠한 제올라이트가 있어도 안되며, 상당한 양의 알카리 금속을 함유하는 것으로 이루어진 HCI을 1체적% 정도 까지를 함유하는 유체에서 HCI 제거방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 전술의 활성화 알루미나가 전술 흡착제의 85~95중량% 정도의 양인 유체에서 HCI 제거방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 전술의 흡착제는 기공직경이 750옹스트론 및 그 이상에서 적어도 0.10cc/g, 기공직경 40옹스트론 및 그 이상에서 적어도 0.35cc/g, 그리고 기공직경 10,000옹스트론 정도에서 100옹스트론 까지의 범위에서 적어도 0.16cc/g의 기공체적 분포를 가지며 전술의 흡착제는 5메쉬 구형에서 적어도 15파운드의 파쇄강도를 갖는 HCI 제거방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 전술의 활성화 알루미나는 수화될 수 있는 알루미나에서 얻어지며, 전술의 수화될수 있는 알루미나는 유기 화합물의 수용성 알카리 금속염과 혼합되어 500℃ 정도 이하의 온도에서 분해되어 촉진된 알루미나가 되며 전술의 촉진된 알루미나는 물존재하 50℃정도 이상의 온도에서 충분한 시간동안 경화되어 전술의 수화될 수 있는 알루미나를 수화시키는 유체에서 HCI 제거방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 전술의 촉진된 알루미나는 전술의 활성화 알루미나를 유기 화합물의 수용성 알카리 금속염에 침지시켜 성형하고 500℃ 정도 이하의 온도에서 분해되는 유체에서 HCI 제거방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 전술의 알카리 금속염이 유기산의 알카리 금속염인 유체에서 HCI 제거방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 전술의 유기산이 탄소원자 1~6개를 갖는 것인 유체에서HCI 제거방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 전술의 알카리 금속은 소듐으로 이루어진 것인 유체에서 HCI 제거방법.

- 활성화 알루미나 및 알카리금속 촉진제에서 전술의 알카리금속 촉진제는 알카리금속 산화물로 계산된 양으로 존재하고 전술의 흡착제는 전술의 흡착제에 존재하는 알루미나의 중량을 기준으로 하여 알카리금속 산화물을 적어도 5중량% 정도 함유하고, 전술의 흡착제에서 알카리 금속함량은 전술의 흡착제에 어떠한 제올라이트도 있어서는 안되며, 상당한 양의 알카리금속을 함유하며, 전술의 흡착제는 기공직경이 750옹스트론 및 그 이상에서 적어도 0.10cc/g, 기공직경이 40옹스트론 및 그 이상에서 적어도 0.35cc/g, 그리고 기공직경이 10,000옹스트론 정도에서 100옹스트론 까지의 범위에서 적어도 0.16cc/g의 기공체적 분포를 가지고, 전술의 흡착제는 적어도 15파운드의 파쇄강도를 갖는 것으로 이루어진 유체 흐름에서 HCI을 제거하는 향상된 흡착제.
- 제23항에 있어서, 전술의 알카리 금속이 나트륨인 유체 흐름에서 HCI을 제거하는 향상된 흡착제.
