Claims (4)
- 행형태로 배선한 복수의 게이트라인과, 열형태로 배선한 복수의 데이타라인과, 양자의 각 교차부에 설치되어 표시영역을 구성하는 복수의 화소와, 각 게이트라인을 순차 수직주사하고 일수평기간마다 일행분의 화소를 선택하는 수직주사회로와, 일수평기간내에서 각 데이터라인을 순차 주사하고 영상신호를 샘플링하여 선택된 일행분의 화소에 점순차로 영상신호를 기입하는 수평주사회로를 가지는 액티브 매트릭스 표시장치이며, 상기 데이터라인은 이 표시영역내에 배선된 실데이터라인과 이 표시영역외에 배선되어 게이트라인의 종단측과 교차하는 더미데이터라인으로 구분되어 있고, 상기 수평주사회로는 실데이터라인에 대하여 복수개에 걸쳐서 오버랩한 샘플링타이밍에서 수평주사를 행하고 다시 연속하여 더미데이터라인에 대하여도 오버랩한 샘플링타이밍에서 수평주사를 추가하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브매트릭스 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 더미데이터라인은 적어도 오버랩한 샘플링타이밍에서 동시에 수평주사되는 개수분만 배선되어 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 더미데이터라인에도 더미화소가 할당되어 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 더미데이터라인으로부터 화소가 제거되어 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 표시장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
