Claims (23)

  1. 일반식 R"x(FIRn)(CPRm)MeQk의 메탈로센으로서, 여기서, F1은 플로오레닐 라디칼이고, Cp는 시클로펜타디에닐, 인데닐, 테트라히드로 인데닐, 또는 플루오레닐 라디칼이고, 각각의 R은 같거나 다르고, 1-20개의 탄소 원자를 가진 유기 라디칼 또는 할로겐화물이고, R"는 (FIRn')및 (CPRm)을 연결하는 가교 구조이고, Me는 주기율표의 IVB, VB, 또는 VIB금속이고, 각 Q는 같거나 다르며 1-20개의 탄소원자를 갖는 히드로카르빌 또는 히드로카르빌옥시 라디칼, 수소, 및 할로겐이고, X는 0 또는 1이고, k는 Me의 나머지 원자가를 채우기 충분한 수이고, n은 2-7의 범위 내 수이고, m은 0-7의 수이고, (FIRn)내 두가지 인접한 위치에 4개의 연결된 탄소가 치환되어 적어도 하나의 벤조 치환체를 형성하는 메탈로센.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (FIRn)이 치환 또는 비치환된 2,3-벤조플루오레닐; 3,4-벤조플루오레닐; 1,2-벤조플루오레닐; 1,2 : 5,6-디벤조플루오레닐 ; 2,3 : 6,7-디벤조플루오레닐; 3,4 : 5,6-디벤조플루오레닐, 또는 1,2 : 7,8-디벤조플루오레닐 라디칼인 메탈로센.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, (CpRm) 및 (FIRn)이 동일한 메탈로센.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, (CpRm) 및 (FIRn)이 구조적으로 다른 메탈로센.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, (CpRm)이 시클로펜타디에닐, 인데닐, 또는 비치환된 플루오레닐 라디칼인 메탈로센.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, (CpRm)이 비치환된 시클로펜타디에닐 라디칼인 메탈로센.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, m이 1-4의 범위 내 수인 메탈로센.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, n이 2 이상인 메탈로센.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, Me가 Ti, Zr, 또는 Hf인 메탈로센.

  13. 제12항에 있어서, (1-(3,4-벤조플루오레닐)-1-시클로펜타디에닐-1,1-(디메틸)메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드, (1(2,3:6,7-디벤조플루오레닐)-1-시클로펜타디에닐-1,1-(디메틸)메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드, (1-(3,4-벤조플루오레닐)-1-시클로펜타디에닐-1,1-(디페닐)메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드; (1-(2,3-벤조플루오레닐)-1-시클로펜타디에닐-1,1-(디메틸)메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드; (1-(1,2-벤조플루오레닐)-1-시클로펜타디에닐-1,1-(디메틸)메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드; (1-(3,4-벤조플루오레닐)-1- 펜타메틸 시클로펜타디에닐-1,1-(디메틸)메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드; (1-(2,3:6,7-디벤조플루오레닐)-1-시클로펜타디에닐-1,1-(디메틸)메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드; (1-(2,3-벤조플루오레닐)-1-시클로펜타디에닐-1,1-(디페닐)메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드; (1-(1,2-벤조플루오레닐)-1-시클로펜타디에닐-1,1-(디메틸)메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드; (1-(3,4-벤조플루오레닐)-1-(시클로펜타디에닐)-1-(페닐)메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드; 1-(2,5-디메틸-7H 벤조(c)플루오레닐)-1-(시클로펜타디에닐)-1,1-디메틸 메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드; 1-(1,2-벤조플루오레닐)-1-(시클로펜타디에닐)-1-(페닐)메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드; 1-(3,4-벤조플로오레닐)-1-(플루오레닐)-1-(디메틸 메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드; 1-(3,4-벤조플루오레닐)-1-(인데닐)-1-(페닐메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드; 1-(3,4-벤조플루오레닐)-1-(시클로펜타디에닐)-1-(메틸메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드; 1-(2,3:6,7-디벤조플루오레닐)-1-(시클로펜타디에닐)시클로펜탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드; (1-(3,4-벤조플루오레닐)-2-(인데닐)에탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드; (1,2-디(3,4 : 5,6-디벤조플루오레닐)에탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드; (1,2-디(3,4-벤조플루오레닐 에탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드; 및(1-(3,4-벤조플루오레닐)-2-(시클로펜타디에닐)-에탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드로 구성된 메탈로센.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, R″가 하기 일반식
    의 히드로카르빌 에틸렌 라디칼로서, 여기서 각각의 R′는 같거나 다르고, 수소 또는 히드로카르빌 라디칼이고, 이때, 적어도 하나의 R′가 히드로카르빌인 메탈로센.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, R'가 수소인 메탈로센.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, R″가 2-20 탄소원자를 함유하는 히드로카르빌기인 메탈로센.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, R″가 4-20 탄소원자를 함유하는 히드로카르빌기인 메탈로센.

  19. 제18항에 있어서, 본질적으로 (1-(3,4-벤조플루오레닐)-1-시클로펜타디에닐-1,1-(디메틸)메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드, (1-(3,4-벤조플루오레닐)-1-시클로펜타디에닐-1,1-(디메틸)메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드, (1-(2,3:6,7-디벤조플루오레닐)-1-시클로펜타디에닐-1,1-(디메틸)메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드, (1-(3,4:5,6-디벤조플루오레닐)-1-시클로펜타디에닐-1,1-(디메틸)메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드, 또는 (1-(1,2:5,6-디벤조플루오레닐)-1-시클로펜타디에닐-1,1-(디메틸)메탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드로 구성되는 메탈로센.
  20. 일반식 FIRnH의 플루오레닐-함유 화합물의 알칼리 금속염 1몰 및 일반식 CpRmH의 시클로펜타디에닐-함유 화합물의 알카리 금속염 1몰 또는 일반식 R″(FIRnH)(CPRmH)의 가교된 플루오레닐-함유 화합물의 디알킬 금속 염의 1몰을 일반식 MeQK(여기서, X가 가교된 플루오레닐-함유 화합물을 반응시킬때 단지 1인것을 제외하고, Me, Q, K, Fl, Cp, R, m 및 n은 상기 정의된 바와 동일하다)의 전이 금속 화합물 1몰과 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는 제1항에 따른 메탈로센의 제조 방법.
  21. 적합한 중합 조건하에서, 올레핀을 제1-19항 중 임의의 한 항에 따른, 또는 제20항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 메탈로센, 및 적합한 조촉매로 구성된 촉매 시스템과 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 상기 올레핀 중합 방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 조촉매가 알킬알루미녹산으로 구성되는 방법.
  23. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 메탈로센이 본질적으로 (1,2-디(3,4-벤조플루오레닐)에탄)지르코늄 디클로라이드의 세라믹/메조 혼합물로 구성되는 방법.
