Abstract

강청 컬럼과 같은 구조부재를 위한 분무가능한 내화성 조성물 뿐만 아니라 이들의 피복재를 다층 도포하는 방법을 제공한다. 상기 조성물은 포틀랜드 시멘트계물질, 치장벽토, 고밀오 혼합재 및 가속제를 포함한다. 상기 조성물은 포틀랜드 시멘트계물질의 전형적인 장시간 고화를 제거하고, 이들의 행어빌리티(hangability)를 향상시켰다. 포틀랜드 시멘트, 고밀도 혼합재, 치장벽토(반수화 황산 칼슘) 및 선택적으로 치장벽토 고화 응결지연제 및 분쇄 폴리스티렌 혼합재의 혼합물을 건식 혼합하여 생성물을 생성한다. 물을 첨가하는 순간, 도포지점까지 펌프할 수 있는 분무 가능한 슬러리가 형성된다. 투입지점과 근접하여 가속제를 첨가한다. 슬러리를 슬러리상으로 구조막에 부착하고 고화후 불 및 열에 대한 우수한 보호 효과를 나타낸다. 분무후 적용시의 슬러리의 상대적인 신속한 고화시간으로 인해 동 노동일내에 다층 피복재를 도포할 수 있다.

Claims (13)

  1. 벌크 밀도가 약 30 내지 약 55 pcf인, 포틀랜드 시멘트 30-90%와 치장벽토 4-30%의 건식 혼합물 및 조성물에 대한 가속제 3% 이하를 포함하는 포틀랜드 시멘트계의 분무가능한 내화성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 치장벽토 고화 응결 지연제를 추가로 포함하는 분무가능한 내화성 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 분쇄 폴리스티렌을 추가로 포함하는 분무가능한 내화성 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 모래, 보크사이트 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 군에서 선택된 고밀도 혼합재를 추가로 포함하는 분무가능한 내화성 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고밀도 혼합재가 40-55% 모래를 포함하는 분무가능한 내화성 조성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고밀도 혼합재가 40-55% 보크사이트를 포함하는 분무가능한 내화성 조성물.
  7. 포틀랜드 시멘트 30-90% 및 치장벽토 4-30%를 포함하는 혼합물을 건식 혼합하여 벌크 밀도가 30-55pcf인 건식 혼합물을 제조하고; 여기에 물을 첨가하여 분무가능한 슬러리를 제조한 후; 상기 슬러리를 분무 노즐에 이송하고; 상기 이송 전, 중 또는 후에 상기 노즐에 근접하여 고화 가속제를 상기 슬러리에 도입하며; 상기 기재상에 상기 슬러리의 제1피복재를 분무하고; 상기 제1피복재가 제2피복재를 지지하도록 충분히 고화한 후; 상기 제1피복재의 분무후 8시간내에 그 위에 상기 슬러리의 제2피복재를 분무하는 것을 포함하는 분무가능한 내화성 조성물의 피복재를 강철기재에 다층 도포하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 건식 혼합 단계가 치장벽토 응결 지연제를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 건식 혼합 단계가 모래, 보크사이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 고밀도 혼합재를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리를 상기 기재에 도포시 1.5시간내에 고화되기에 충분한 양의 치장벽토, 응결 지연제 및 가속제를 공급하는 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리의 상기 제1피복재를 5/8인치(1.6cm) 초과의 두께로 분무 도포하는 방법.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리의 제1 및 제2피복재의 평균 총 두께가 약 1.5 내지 2인치(3.81 내지 5.08cm)인 방법.
  13. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 건식 혼합 단계가 혼합물에 분쇄 폴리스티렌을 추가로 첨가하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
