Abstract

본 발명은 파쇄된 유리, 세라믹 성분과 미세하게 분리된 첨가제들을 열처리한 혼합물로부터 실내 및 실외의 응용물로써 외관, 벽 및 마루의 표면용으로 높은 강도를 가지며 그리고 자연석에 유사한 박막형의 건축용 및 장식용 재료를 생산하기 위한 공정과 그 정정에 의해 생산된 재료에 관한 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 파쇄된 유리와 광물질 조성들과 그리고 미세하게 분리된 첨가제들의 혼합물로 부터 실내와 실외의 응용물로써 외관 및 벽과 마루의 표면용으로 높은 강도를 가지며 그리고 자연석에 유사한 박막형의 건축용 및 장식용 물질을 생산하기 위하여, 1.1 내열몰드속으로 혼합물의 평평하고 균일한 두께의 한층을 투입하는 단계, 1.2 60℃ 내지 110℃에서 몰드속에서 혼합물을 건조하는 단계, 1.3 720 내지 1100℃까지 0.5∼3.0 K/min 속도로 그 혼합물 층을 가열하는 단계, 1.4 이 온도에서 20 내지 120분 동안 유지하는 단계, 1.5 실온으로 0.5∼3.0 K/min 속도로 그 혼합물 층을 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 그러한 공정에 있어서, 이 혼합물이 총량기준 85∼98질량%의 파쇄된 유리 및 0∼14.7질량%의 무기물 구성체와 0.3∼5질량%의 미세하게 분리된 첨가제로부터 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 파쇄된 유리가 다음의 (질량 %의) 조성을 가지는 입자화된 유리이며;
    그리고 그 유리가 0.2m 내지 3㎜의, 특히 0.3 내지 1mm의 입자크기와 그리고 1∼3질량%의 특회 2질량%의 수분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 사용된 유리가 특히(질량%)로 다음의 조성즉;
    으로된 재순환된 텔레비젼 수상기 유리의 입자화된 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 광물질 조성은 무리물 구성체가 3㎜이하의 특히 0.4㎜이하의 입자크기의 칼슘함유 사암 및/또는 석영모래 및/또는 세라믹 재료 및/또는 클링커 등과 같은 것의 0∼14.7질량%의 량으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가된 미세하게 분리된 첨가제가 60㎛이하의 특히 20㎛이하의 입자크기의 특별히 ZrO2, MgO, SnO, CaO, TiO2와 같은 하나 혹은 2이상의 고내열성 산화물의 0.3 내지 5질량% 및/또는 특히 고령토 및/또는 ZrSiO4와 같은 혼합된 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  6. 전항들중의 적어도 하나의 항에 있어서, 첨가들은 특별히 무기안료 및/또는 금속산화물 및/또는 특히 60㎛ 이하의 특히 20㎛ 이하의 입자의 크기를 가지는 색채유리와 같은 유리류와 또다른 미세하게 분리된 첨가제들로 0내지 5질량%로 만들어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  7. 제1항 내지 5항중의 어는 하나의 항에 있어서, 그층의 표면이 3∼7㎜의 특별히는 4내지 6㎜의 두께로 100질량%의 분쇄된 유리에 의하여 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  8. 제1항 내지 5항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 특히 철, 구리, 니켈, 크롬, 강철 및 그들의 염류들과 같은 미세하게 분리된 금속입자들이 층의 표면에 도표되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 하나의 항에 의한 공정으로 생산된 건축용 및 장식용 재료에 있어서, 14 MPa이상의 굴곡강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 재료.
