Claims (8)
- 슬래그 및 화강암, 편마암, 현무암, 석회암, 백운석, 맥반석, 오석, 장석, 백운모, 흑운모, 흑연, 사암, 활석, 각섬석, 사문암, 규석, 청석, 맥섬석에서 선택된 2종 이상의 석분을 혼합하여 세라믹 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 세라믹 혼합물을 고형화하여 펠릿을 제조하는 단계;
상기 펠릿을 예열 및 가열하여 용융하는 단계;
상기 용융된 소재 및 무기계 채색 안료를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 혼합물을 압축성형하여 대리석 패널을 제조하는 단계;
상기 압축성형된 대리석 패널을 풀림 열처리하는 단계;
상기 풀림 열처리된 대리석 패널을 냉각하는 단계;
상기 냉각 처리된 대리석 패널을 결정화하는 단계;
상기 결정화된 대리석 패널을 표면연삭하는 단계;
상기 표면연삭된 대리석 패널을 절단하고 절단면을 연마하는 단계;
를 포함하며,
상기 결정화하는 단계는 700℃ 이상의 온도에서 830 내지 880℃의 온도까지 85 내지 100초의 승온속도로 가열한 후, 830 내지 880℃의 온도에서 350 내지 400초 동안 유지한 후, 상기 유지하는 온도에서 700 내지 750℃의 온도까지 85 내지 100초의 강온속도로 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 대리석 패널의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 세라믹 혼합물을 제조하는 단계에서 슬래그 및 석분 혼합물은 3:7 내지 5:5의 중량비로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 대리석 패널의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 펠릿을 예열 및 가열하여 용융하는 단계는 세라믹 혼합물의 펠릿을 용융로 투입하기 전에 800 내지 900℃의 온도로 예열하는 단계를 추가적으로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 대리석 패널의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 혼합물을 압축성형하여 대리석 패널을 제조하는 단계는 다단의 압연 롤러로 연속 압축하여 패널을 성형하면서 1,150℃ 이상의 온도에서 950 내지 990℃의 온도까지 430 내지 500초의 강온속도로 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 대리석 패널의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 풀림 열처리하는 단계는 950℃ 이상의 온도에서 850 내지 900℃의 온도까지 510 내지 650초의 강온속도로 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 대리석 패널의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉각하는 단계는 850℃ 이상의 온도에서 700 내지 750℃의 온도까지 85 내지 100초의 강온속도로 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 대리석 패널의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 따른 대리석 패널의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 대리석 패널로서, 상기 대리석 패널은 두께가 3 내지 30㎜이며, 압축강도가 300MPa 이상이며, 밀도가 2,600 내지 2,950㎏/㎥인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 대리석 패널.
