Abstract

본 발명은 광학적으로 동작하는 반도체 레이저 드라이버에 있어서, 고출력 및 초협역펄스폭을 갖는 광펄스를 출력할 수 있도록 한 반도체 레이저 드라이버에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 제어수단, 전력조건 및 충전펄스수단, 에너지저장수단, 트리거광원 및 구동수단, 광활성반도체스위치수단 고출력레이저 어레이로 구성되는 반도체레이저드라이버에 있어서, 상기 광활성반도체 스위치수단은 3개의 전극의 구성되는 3단자형 스위치로 구성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 제어수단, 전력조건 및 충전펄스수단, 에너지저장수단, 트리거광원 및 구동수단, 광할성반도체스위치수단 고출력레이저 어레이로 구성되는 반도체레이저드라이버에 있어서, 상기 광활성 반도체 스위치수단은 전극(1)(2)(3)으로 이루어지는 3단자형 스위치로 구성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 레이저 드라이버.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광활성 반도체 스위치수단은 전극(1)(2)으로 이루어지는 제1스위치와, 상기 제1스위치의 하나의 전극과 다른 하나의 전극(3)으로 이루어지는 제2스위치로 구성하되, 상기 제1스위치는 n-i-p다이오드로 구성하고, 상기 제2스위치는 p-i-p다이오드로 구성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 레이저 드라이버.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광활성 반도체 스위치수단은 초기 트리거되는 레이저광조사가 없는 상태에서, 두 스위치는 개방회로를 유지하고, 트리거 레이저광펄스가 스위치활성영역으로 들어오게 되면, 두 스위치 모두의 조건이 고저항도상태로 부터 고전도상태로 변화되게 구성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 레이저 드라이버.
