Abstract

본 발명에 의하면 4각평판형상인 팁본체(1)의 상하면(2,3)의 모서리부중에서, 이 상하면(2,3)의 주변방향으로 서로 다른 면측으로 위치하는 각 한쌍의 주절삭날(5A,5B)이 형성되고, 이들의 주절삭날(5)에 연관되는 팁본체(1)의 측면에는 팁 두께 방향으로 주절삭날(5)측에서 이간함에 따라 상하면(2,3)의 중앙측으로 향해서 경사지는 윗면경사각(6)이 형성되어 있다. 이들의 윗면경사각(6)는, 주절삭날(5)에 연관되는 측으로 형성되어서 주변방향으로 팁본체(1)의 외측으로 만곡하는 볼록한 곡면부(7)와 이 볼록한 곡면부(7)에 둔각으로 교차하여 측면에 있어서의 주절삭날(5)과는 반대측의 모서리부(8)측으로 연관되는 평면부(9)등으로 구성되어 있다. 또, 이날의 평면부(9)와 상하면(2,3)을 기중으로서 볼록한 곡면부(7)나 주절삭날(5)등의 위치 및 형상을 특정한다.
팁의 빗나감을 방지하고, 또 주절삭날(5)등을 정확하게 형성하여, 가공정도의 향상을 도모할 수 있다.

드로우어웨이팁 및 그 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는, 본 발명의 일실시예의 팁본체(1)의 윗면(2)측으로부터의 평면도,
제2도는, 제1도에 있어서 A방향에서 본 측면도.
제3도는, 제1도에 있어서 B방향에서 본 측면도.
제4도는, 제1도에 있어서 C-C 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 4각평판형상을 이룬 팁본체의 상하면의 모서리부(8)중에서, 이 상하면의 주변방향으로 서로 다른 면측으로 위치하는 각 한쌍의 모서리부에 주절삭날(5)이 형성됨과 아울러, 이들의 주절삭날과 연관되는 상기한 팁본체의 측면에는, 그 팁본체의 두께방향으로 상기한 주절삭날측에서 이간함에 따라 상기한 상하면의 중앙측으로 향해서 경사지는 상기한 주절삭날의 윗면경사각(6)이 형성되어서 구성하는 드로우어웨이팁에 있어서, 상기한 윗면경사각(6)은, 상기한 주절삭날(5)과 연관되는 측으로 형성되어서 상기 한 주변방향으로 상기한 팁본체의 외측으로 만곡하는 볼록한 곡면부와 이 볼록한 곡면부에 둔각으로 교차하여 상기한 측면의 주절삭날과는 반대측의 모서리부(8)측으로 연관되는 평면부로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로우어웨이팁.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 팁본체의 상하면의 모서리부중에서 상기한 주절삭날이 형성되지 않는 모서리부에는, 그 모서리부(8)를 공유하는 상기한 상하면과 측면에 둔각으로 교차하는 측면여유각(10)이 형성됨과 아울러, 이 모서리부를 공유하는 상기한 측면과 이웃하는 측면의 상기한 윗면여유각(6)과, 상기한 측면여유각과의 교차모서리부(8)에는, 부절삭날이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로우어웨이팁.
  3. 4각평판형상을 이르는 팁본체의 각 측면에, 그 팁본체의 상하면의 모서리부중에서 그 상하면의 주변방향으로 서로 다른 면측으로 위치하는 각 한쌍의 모서리부(8)로 향해서, 이 모서리측에서 이간함에 따라 상기한 상하면의 중앙측으로 향해서 경사지는 평면부(9)를 설정하고, 이 평면부와 상기한 상하면을 기준으로서, 상기한 측면의 상기한 모서리부(8)측으로, 상기한 평면부에 둔각으로 경사져 상기한 주변방향으로 상기한 팁본체의 외측으로 만곡하는 볼록한 곡면부를 설정하여 이 볼록한 곡변부와 상기한 상하면과의 교차모서리부(8)인 상기한 모서리부에 주절삭날(5)을 형성하는 위치를 특정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로우어웨이팁의 제조방법.
