Claims (8)
- 바다 털 매나무(히포파에, Hippophae)로부터 추출된 빙핵제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바다 털갈매나무가 히포파에 람노이데스(Hippophae rhamnoides), 히포파에 살리시폴리아(Hippophae salicifolia), 히포파에 티베타나(Hippophae tibetana) 또는 히포파에 네우로카르파(Hippophae neurocarpa)인 것을 특징으로 하는 빙핵제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 빙핵제가 단백질 부분 및 액체 부분을 함유하는 응집체인 것을 특징으로 하는 빙핵제.
- 제1항 내지 3항 기재의 빙핵제를 함유하는 바다 털갈매 나무 장과 또는 잎의 추출물이 제조되는 빙핵제의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 장과 및/또는 잎이 펙틴, 모노-, 올리고- 및/또는 폴리사카라이드의 용액으로 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 용액이 알기네이트, 폴리갈락투론산, 아밀로스, 아밀로펙틴, 폴리만난, 아라비노스, 갈락토스, 락토스, 글루코스, 프룩토스 및 슈크로스 용액으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 으깨거나 분쇄된 잎 및/또는 장과를 추출하기 위해서 이들을 1분 내지 30분간 펙틴 0.0001 내지 2중량% 및/또는 하나이상의 사카라이드 0.0001 내지 2중량%를 함유하는 용액 1내지 200 부피와 혼합한후, 고체 부분을 분리하고 액체 부분을 수확하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물의 고체 부분을 1회 이상 새로 추출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
