Claims (2)
- 스핀드로우(Spin Draw)법으로 폴리에스테르연신사를 제조함에 있어서, 한쪽에서는 온도가 85~90℃인 제1고뎃롤러와 온도가 120~122℃인 제2고뎃롤러 사이에서 3.3~3.6배 열연신하여 연신사(Y)를 만들고(A공정), 그 이웃에서는 온도가 50~55℃인 제1고뎃폴러와 온도가 60~70℃인 제2고뎃롤러 사이에서 1.7~1.9배 냉연신하여 태,세사(Y')(B공정)를 만든다음, 상기 연신사(Y)를 태,세사(Y')제조공정의 제2고뎃롤러에 통과시킨후 태,세사(Y')와 함께 공기교락처리하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 태/세사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, A공정의 제2고뎃롤러와 B공정의 제2고뎃롤러의 속도차가 300mpm이하임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 태/세사의 제조방법.
