Claims (11)
- 에틸렌-α-올레핀 코폴리머 고무 및 폴리올레핀 수지의 엘라스토머 조성물로 이루어진 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말로서 250℃에서의 동적 점탄성 측정에 있어서 주파수 1 radian/sec로 측정한 복소 동적점도 η*(1)이 1.5×105포이즈이하이고, 주파수 1 radian/sec에서의 복소동적 점도 η*(1) 및 주파수 100radian/sec에서의 복소 동적점도η*(100)를 사용하여 다음식으로 부터 계산되는 뉴톤 점성지수 n이 0.67이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 슬러쉬 성형용 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 코폴리머 고무가 에틸렌-프로필렌-비공액 디엔코폴리머 고무인 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 코폴리머 고무가 ASTM-D-57T에 의하여 100℃에서 측정된 무니점도(ML1+4100℃)가 130℃내지 350℃인 에틸렌-α-올레핀 코폴리머 고무 100중량부당 광물유 연화제 30내지 120중량부를 배합하여된 유전 올레핀 코폴리머 고무인 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지가 폴리프로필렌 또는 프로필렌 및 α-올레핀의 코폴리머인 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지가 JIS K-7210에 의하여 230℃에서 2.16㎏의 하중으로 측정된 용융유량(MFR)이 20g/100min이상의 폴리올레핀 수지인 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 32메쉬틸러 표준체를 95중량% 이상 통과하기까지 분쇄되는 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 엘라스토머 조성물 또는 엘라스토머 분말 100중량부에 대하여 메틸폴리실록산 화합물을 2중량부이하 첨가하여서 되는 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
- 제7항에 있어서, 메틸폴리실록산 화합물이 25℃에서의 점도가 20센티스톡스 이상의 메틸폴리실록산 화합물인 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
- 제7항에 있어서, 메틸폴리실록산 화합물이 디메틸폴리실록산인 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
- 에틸렌-α-올레핀 코폴리머 고무 및 폴리올레핀 수지의 엘라스토머 조성물로 이루어진 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말로서, 250℃에서의 동적 점탄성 측정에 있어서 주파수 1radian/sec로 측정한 복소 동적점도 η*(1)이 1.5×105포이즈이하이고, 주파수 1 radian/sec에서의 복소 동적점도η*(1) 및 주파수 100radian/sec에서의 복소 동적점도 η*(100)를 사용하여 식으로 부터 계산되는 뉴톤 점성지수 n이 0.67이하인 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말슬러쉬 성형방법.
