제3도는 실시예에서 사용된 분말 슬러쉬 성형장치의 분말공급 박스의 측면도.

Claims (19)

  1. 에틸렌--올레핀 코폴리머 고무 및 폴리올레핀 수지의 엘라스토머 조성물로 이루어졌고 여기서 상기 엘라스토머 조성물이 250℃에서 1.5×105poise이하의 동적 점성탄성 측정, 1 radian/sec에서 측정된 복합 동적 점성 n*(1), 진동수 1 radian/sec에서 복합 동적 점성 n*(1)및 진동수 100radian/sec에서 0.67이하의 복합동적 점성 n*(100)를 사용하여 다음식으로 부터 계산된 Newtonian 점성지수 n n={log n*(1)-log n*(100)}/2가지는 분말 슬러쉬 성형을 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  2. 에틸렌--올레핀 코폴리머 고무 및 가교제 존재하에서 동적으로 가교된 폴리올레핀 수지의 혼합물로 이루어지는 부분적인 가교형 엘라스토머 조성물로 이루어지고 여기서 상기 엘라스토머 조성물이 250℃에서 1.5×105poise이하의 동적 점성탄성 측정에서 1 radian/sec의 진동수 에서 측정된 복합 동적 점성 n*(1), 1 radian/sec의 진동수에서 복합 동적 점성 n*(1)과 100radian/sec에서 0.67이하의 복합동적 점성 n*(100)를 사용하여 다음식으로 부터 계산된 Newtonian 점성지수 n n={log n*(1)-log n*(100)}/2ㄹ,ㄹ가지는 분말 슬러쉬 성형용 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌--올레핀 코폴리머 고무가 에틸렌-프로필렌-비컨쥬게이티드디엔 코폴리머 고무인 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌--올레핀 코폴리머 고무가 ASTM D-927-57T에 의하여 100℃에서 측정된 문니(Mooney)점도 (ML1+4, 100℃)130 내지 350를 가지는 에틸렌--올레핀 코폴리머 고무 100중량부당 형성된 광유형 연화제 30 내지 120중량부로 이루어지는 오일-연장된 올레핀 코폴리머 고무인 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지가 폴리프로필렌 또는 프로필렌 및-올레핀의 코폴리머인 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지가 JIS K-7210에 의하여 230℃에서 2.16㎏의 부하에서 측정된 20g/10min이상의 용융 흐름비율(MFR)을 가지는 폴리올레핀 수지인 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 동가교제가 동적 가교에서 결합하여 사용되는 엘라스토머 분말.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 가교제가 유기 과산화물인 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 가교제가 디알킬 과산화물인 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 등가교제가 비스말레이미드 화합물인 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  11. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 엘라스토머 분말 조성물 100중량부를 기초로 상호 접착 방지제로서 첨가된 폴리올레핀 수지 0.2 내지 20중량부를 이루는 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  12. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 32메쉬 테일러 기준체를 통하여 지나가는 95중량%이상까지 분쇄되는 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  13. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌--올레핀 코폴리머 고무 와/또는 엘라스토머 조성물 100중량부를 기초로 혼합된 폴리올레핀 수지의 50중량부 이상으로 이루어지는 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  14. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 엘라스토머 조성물 또는 엘라스토머 분말 100중량부를 기초로 첨가된 메틸폴리실록산 화합물 2중량부 이하로 이루어진 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 메틸폴리실록산 화합물이 25℃에서 20센티스톡 이상의 점성을 가지는 메틸폴리실록산인 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 메틸폴리실록산 화합물이 디메틸폴리실록산인 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  17. 제1,2 또는 7항에 의하여 엘라스토머를 사용하는 분말 슬러쉬 성형방법.
  18. 제1,2 또는 7항에 의하여 엘라스토머 분말을 사용하여 분말 슬러쉬 성형법에 의하여 얻어진 성형품.
  19. 제 1,2 또는 7항에 의한 엘라스토머 조성물.
