Description
Claims (15)
- 자기 판독 장치로서, 판독 영역을 포함한 적어도 하나의 자기층을 갖는 판독 헤드와, 상기 판독 영역에 자계를 중첩으로 유도하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 판독 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유도 수단은 AC 자계를 유도하는 것을 특징으로하는 자기 판독 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유도 수단은 자계를 자기 박막층의 평면에 위치하는 방향으로 유도하는 것을 특징으로하는 자기 판독 장치.
- 자기 광학 판독 장치로서, 판독 광선을 수신하고 판독 광선을 재전송하는 적어도 하나의 판독 영역을 포함한 자기 광학 판독 헤드와, 상기 판독 영역에 적어도 하나의 편광 AC자계를 유도하면서 자계를 중첩으로 유도하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 광학 판독 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 자기 광학 판독 헤드는 컬 효과를 이용한 자기 광학 헤드로서, 비자기물질로 제조된 간극층으로 분리되어 있는 두 물질층과 검출한 자계에 위치하도록 구성되어 있는 판독 영역과 판독되어진 빔을 수신하여 광 검출기에 전송하는 편광 분석기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 광학 판독 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 자기 유도 수단은 자기층의 대향하는 두 플랭크(flank)상에 위치하는 두 단극(end pole)을 갖는 자기 회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 광학 판독 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 자기 유도 수단은 자계를 판독 헤드의 자기 물질층의 평면을 따르는 방향으로 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 광학 판독 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 자기 테이프상의 정보 요소를 판독하도록 구성되어 있으며,판독 헤드의 자기층들은 상기 자기 테이프의 부근에 위치한 판독 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 광학 판독 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 판독 영역이 정보 요소의 라인과 평행한 라인 형상을 갖는 라인을 따라 배열되어 있는 정보 요소를 판독하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 판독 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 자계 유도 수단은 AC 자계와 중첩하는 DC자계를 유도할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 광학 판독 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 자계 유도 수단은 AC 발생기에 의해 교류가 공급되는 자계 유도 솔레노이드를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 광학 판독 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드에는 또한 DC발생기에 의해 직류가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 광학 판독 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유도 수단에 의해 유도되어진 AC자계는 구형파형을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 판독 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 정보 요소를 소정의 주파수로 판독할 수 있는 수단을 또한 구비하며, AC자계 주파수는 상기 소정 주파수보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 판독 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, AC 자계 주파수는 상기 소정 주파수의 짝수배인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 판독 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
