Description

광자기 기록 매체, 광자기 기록 장치 및 광자기 기록 매체의 제조방법

제 1 도는 본 발명의 실시예 1의 광자기 기록 장치의 주요부의 모식적 단면도.
제 2 도는 발광소자의 발사광의 광강도의 변화를 나타낸 파형도.
제 3 도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예의 광자기 기록 매체의 확대 단면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 수직 자기 이방성을 가지며, 적어도 자화방향이 반전가능한 제 1 자성층(3A, 3B)와 수직 자기 이방성을 가지며, 자화방향이 반전불가능한 제 2 자성층(4A, 4B)를 적층하고 있는 단위 기록 매체(A, B)를 2층으로 적층하고 있으며, 적층한 양 단위 기록 매체의 제 2 자성층의 자화방향을 모두 같은 방향으로 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록 매체.
  2. 수직 자기 이방성을 가지며, 자화방향이 반전 가능한 제 1 자성층과 수직 자기 이방성을 가지며, 자화 방향이 반전불가능한 제 2 자성층을 적어도 적층해서 되는 단위 기록 매체를 2층으로 적층하고 있으며, 각각의 제 2 자성층의 자화방향을 서로 역방향으로 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록 매체.
  3. 수직 자기 이방성을 가지며, 적어도 자화방향이 반전가능한 제 1 자성층(3)과 수직 자기 이방성을 가지며, 자화방향이 반전 불가능한 제 2 자성층(4)을 적층하고 있는 광자기 기록 매체(D)에 대해서 광빔(7)을 투사하는 수단과 상기 광빔 조사측으로 상기 광자기 기록 매체에 한쪽방향의 반전하지 않는 자계를 부여하는 자계발생수단(8)을 포함하는 광자기 기록 장치.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 자계발생수단은 원통형상의 코일을 포함하는 광자기 기록 장치.
  5. 적어도 자화방향이 반전 가능한 제 1 자성층과 자화방향이 반전 불가능한 제 2 자성층을 적층하고 있는 단위 기록 매체(A, B)를 2층으로 적층하고 있으며, 적층한 양 단위 기록 매체의 제 2 자성층의 자화방향을 모두 같은 방향으로 하고 있는 광자기 기록 매체(D)에 대해서 상기 광자기 기록 매체의 양면측 각각에서 광빔을 투사하는 수단 및 그 광빔 투사측에 마련되어 자계를 부여하는 자계발생수단(8A, 8B)을 포함하고, 상기 자계발생수단이 발생하는 자계의 방향을 상기 제 2 자성층의 자화방향과 역방향으로 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록 장치.
  6. 수직 자기 이방성을 가지며, 자화방향이 반전 가능한 제 1 자성층과 수직 자기 이방성을 가지며, 자화방향이 반전 불가능한 제 2 자성층을 적층하고 있는 단위 기록 매체를 2층으로 적층하고 있으며, 각각의 제 2 자성층의 자화방향을 서로 역방향으로 하고 있는 광자기 기록 매체(D)에 대해서 광빔을 투사하는 수단 및 자계의 영향을 반전시키지 않는 자계를 부여하는 자계발생수단(8)을 포함하는 광자기 기록 장치.
  7. 특허청구의 범위 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 자계발생수단은 영구자석을 포함하는 광자기 기록 장치.
  8. 단위 기록 매체를 가열하기 위한 가열 수단(ST)와 단위 기록 매체에 자계를 부여하는 자계발생수단을 마련하고, 상기 단위 기록 매체를 가열해서 그 제 2 자성층을 일정방향으로 자화한 단위 기록 매체를 제조하는 스텝, 상기 제조 스텝후의 단위 기록 매체의 자화된 제 2 자성층을 서로 대향시켜서 적층하여 일체화하는 스텝을 포함하는 자기 기록 매체의 제조방법.
