Abstract

본 발명은 백색 안료를 함유하는 친수성의 투과성 층 및 백색 안료를 철(Ⅱ)산화물 안료와의 혼합물 형태로 함유하는 친수성의 투파성 외부층이 제공된, 지료제 옥스카바제핀의 색상 안정성 정제에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. a)치료학적 유효 투여량의 10, 11-디하이드로-10-옥소-5H-디벤조[b. f]아제핀-5-카복스아미드를 포함하는 정제 코어; b)백색 안료 및 추가의 임의 보조제로 이루어진 친수성의 투과성 내부 피복층; 및 c)철(Ⅱ)산화물 안료와의 혼합물 형태의 백색 안료 및 추가의 임의 보조제로 이루어진 친수성의 투과성 외부 피복층을 포함하는, 치료제 10, 11-디하이드로-10-옥소-5H-디벤조[b, f]아제핀-5-카복스아미드의 이중층 정제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, a)치료제 10, 11-디하이드로-10-옥소-5H-디벤조[b, f]아제핀-5-카복스아미드의 투여 단위를 함유하는 정제 코어; b)이산화티탄 안료를 함유하는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 8000 및 하이드록시프로필메틸 셀룰로즈로 이루어진 친수성의 투과성 내부층; 및 c)이산화티탄 안료를 철(Ⅱ) 산화물 안료와의 혼합물 형태로 함유하는 폴리에틸레 글리콜 8000 및 하이드록시프로필 메틸 셀루로즈로 이루어진 친수성의 투과성 외부층을 포함하는 이중층 정제.
  3. a)활성 약제인 10, 11-디하이드로-10-옥소-5H-디벤조[b, f]아제핀-5-카복스아미드를 표준 타정 방법으로 통상의 부형제와 함께 정제 코어로 압착시키고, 연속적으로 이 코어에 b)백색 안료를 함유하는 친수성의 투과성 내부 피복층 및 c)백색 안료를 철(Ⅱ) 산화물 안료와의 혼합물 형태로 함유하는 친수성의 투과성 외부피복층을 제공함을 포함하여 치료제 10, 11-디하이드로-10-옥소-5H-디벤조[b, f]아제핀-5-카복스아미드의 이중층 정제를 제조하는 방법.
