Description
Claims (5)
- 하부에 편광판(11)이 증착된 유리기판(1)상부에 투명화소전극(2)과 박막트랜지스터(3)가 형성되고, 그위에 연속으로 보호막(4)과 오차정렬층(5)이 증착된 하부기판과, 상부에 편광판(11)이 증착된 유리기판(1')하부에 패턴된 Y방향 그리드 와이어(20)가 형성되고, 그 Y방향 그리드 와이어(20)하부에 절연층(21)과 패턴된 X방향 그리드 와이어(22)가 형성되며, 상기 X방향 그리드 와이어(22)하부에 폴리미드층(23)이 코팅된 칼라필터(7)가 형성되고, 상기 칼라필터(7)하부에 접착층(8), 투명카운터전극(9), 오차정렬층(5')이 연속해서 증착된 상부전극을 합착하고, 상기 상부전극과 하부전극 사이에 액정(10)이 주입되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 위치감지 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, X,Y방향 그리드 와이어(22)(20) 또는 블랙매트릭스 역할을 함과 아울러 자기장(Magnetic Field) 또는 RF신호(Electric Field)를 감지함을 특징으로 하는 위치감지 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액정표시소자(LCD)에 위치감지소자(PSD)을 부가함을 특징으로 하는 위치감지 액정표시소자.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 위치감지소자(PSD)는 Y방향 그리드 와이어(20), 절연층(21), X방향 그리드 와이어(22)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 위치감지 액정표시소자.
- 유피기판(1)상부에 금속을 증착한 후 패터닝하여 투명화소전극(2)을 형성한 후 그 위에 박막트랜지스터(3)을 형성하고, 상기 박막트랜지스터(3)위에 연속해서 보호막(4)과 오차정렬층(5)을 증착하여 하부기판을 제조하고, 그후 유리기판(1′)하부에 Y방향 그리드 와이어(20)을 증착한 후 패터닝한 다음 상기 Y방향그리드 와이어(20)하부에 절연층(21), X방향 그리드 와이어(22)를 연속으로 증착한 후 상기 X방향 그리드와이어(22)를 패터닝하고, 그 패텅형성된 X방향 그리드 와이어(22)하부에 폴리이미드층(23)이 코팅된 칼라필터(7)를 형성한 후 그 칼라필터(7)하부에 연속해서 접착층(8), 투명카운터전극(9), 오차정렬층(5')을 증착하여 상부기판을 제조한 다음 상기 상부기판과 하부기판을 합착하여 그 사이에 액정(10)을 주입하고, 그후 상기 유리기판(1)(1')하부와 상부에 상기 평광판(11)을 증착하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 위치감지 액정표시소자 제조방법.
