Description
Claims (9)
- 제 1 및 제 2 표면을 갖는 투명기판 상의 제 2 표면에 금속계 물질로 격자 형상으로 형성된 차광층과,상기 투명기판의 상기 제 1 표면 상에 상기 차광층과 대응되지 않은 부분에 상기 차광층과 소정 부분 중첩되게 형성되어 각각 R, G 및 B의 색의 광을 투과시키는 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 필터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 차광층은 금속막으로 이루어진 제 1 차광층과 금속산화막 또는 금속질화막으로 이루어진 제 2 차광층의 적층 구조로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제 1 차광층은 크롬(Cr)이 800Å 이상의 두께 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제 2 차광층은 산화크롬(Cr2O3) 및 질화크롬(CrNyOx)의 2중막이 300∼1000Å의 두께로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 투명기판 상의 제 1 표면의 상기 차광층과 대응하는 부분에 금속계 물질로 격자 형상으로 형성된 제 3 차광층을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 제 3 차광층은 산화크롬(Cr2O3)이 300∼1000Å의 두께로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 필터는 각각의 안료들이 분산된 아크릴 또는 폴리이미드계 수지로 서로 분리되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 필터 상에 인듐주석산화물(Indium Tin Oxide : ITO), 주석산화물(Tin Oxide : TO) 또는 인듐아연산화물(Indium Zinc Oxide : IZO)으로 형성된 투명한 공통전극을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 필터 상에 에폭시 수지 또는 아크릴의 투명한 절연물질로 형성된 보호층을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터.
